Gorgeous and thoughtful Detroit pizza - Edit
What a find! The chef used to work at Vedge, and you can tell. Fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation, absolutely delicious! We got the cauliflower wings with the house sauce, and they were very tasty, though best for sharing as they were very rich/oily. We I was so stunned when I opened the pizza box to see the beautiful vegetables and design of the sauce, this photo does not do it justice. I had a wonderful conversation with the chef, who is proud to bring vegan food to this predominantly African-American neighborhood. I can’t say enough about the fresh flavors on the veggie pizza. Really something special, the flavor of the sauce, the selection of vegetables, just a touch of heat. So good! The restaurant has a social mission as well, employing, formally incarcerated people.

The cheese on that jawn was amazing. The taste was so good!!! The Thai chili wings were delicious 😋.

amazing vegan pizza - Edit
Ditto all the other reviewers. Especially for a place that specializes in dairy cheese, this vegan pizza was extra extra amazing. You can tell they really put the effort in, which is a lot more than I can say about most places. Never thought I'd get those crispy edges again, thanks Down North!

I wish I could 5 star these guys. First of all, that was the best vegan pizza I have ever had and I'll check out their other vegan options.
Read moreAnd just to add these guys are doing God's work. They employ people that have been incarcerated and pay them a livable wage. Yeah the pies are pricey but you get a good product and you're helping someone out.
Pros: Best vegan pizza, It tasted like pizza, The vegan cheese was good
Cons: Pricey but omg it's worth it, May be a build your own option

Amazing! - Edit
Ordered the PSK Pizza, Everything Fries and Thai Chili Cauliflower. Flavors all spot on and delicious! Eyes were way bigger than our stomachs but couldn’t help it. But pizza was as good cold for breakfast as it was for dinner. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
