Good salad

I got the vegetarian Yucatán salad without Chipotle cream and sub Anasazi beans for the black beans. It was a good salad but I wished it had more beans, I would probably add extra next time. I enjoyed the salad but wish there was a default vegan option without having to make a bunch of modifications. The salsa bar has lots of yummy options and the people that ordered burritos got chips with them.
