Saturday night curry - Edit
Travelling around Ireland and fancied an indian.
Read moreNice atmosphere and food, better than a standard Indian which the price reflects.
Could tell food was all made from fresh and fascinating to see how the kitchen worked, is open so can watch the chefs work.
We are pescatarian and had no struggle to find options of food, and more than the standard veg curry.
We had a taster dish for starter- onion bah-jee, Bombay aloo and prawn masala.
Mains- okra masala and peneer and corn dish. All main served with rice anyway. And then a tofu filled nan, really nice variety.
A bit of a walk out of town but worth it for the calmness of the restaurant away from the crowds.
Pros: Variety , Atmosphere

Tofulicious - Edit
We had no booking and were asked to have a drink at the bar while waiting for a table. In no time, one became available. We had attentive and super friendly service from everyone, especially Suraj. Food was great, especially the tofu, wine was great, we had a ball. Separate vegan menu. Very strongly recommended.

Great Indian food! - Edit
The food is labelled well (allergens on each dish are indicated by a number and can be checked at the back of the menu) and there's a few really good vegan options:)
Read moreThe service is also great and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. This was my second time here and definitely not the last:)
Pros: Clearly labelled allergens, Great tasting food, Great staff & service
Cons: Not the cheapest (but worth it!)

Beautiful atmosphere - Edit
This is a gorgeous restaurant in a very central location - staff are friendly and there’s always been a table available when I’ve arrived, even on a Saturday evening with no reservation. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated - slightly dim so bring your glasses if you need them but the use of warm light is lovely.
Read moreIt’s quite expensive. That said, rice is included in the price of the main course and there’s poppadoms offered at the start of the meal. Portion sizes aren’t bad either.
The vegan labelling could be a lot clearer - I got the chole masala and a tandoori roti (they ask if you want it with butter or not) based on the allergen list and vegetarian markers, but someone with more social confidence might want to ask staff to double check what the vegan options are. I think there are a few options available but no harm in double checking.
Pros: Lovely atmosphere, Good food, Usually has availability for walk ins
Cons: Expensive, Vegan options need to be labelled more clearly
