Decent vegan options! - Edit
We found this place by accident on HappyCow while being in the neighborhood. Although not openly advertised, the restaurant is open to non-hotel guests as well. There were varied clearly labelled vegan options (under breakfast, but still served during lunchtime), like a delicious toast with roasted/mashed eggplant and vegan feta. It is a bit fancy, but very tasty and the staff was very friendly!

Delightful surprise in Vienna - Edit
The menu is creative offering many vegan and vegetarian dishes. Prices were moderate considering the restaurant is located in a luxury hotel. Beautiful ambiance but not stuffy. Very open and bright restaurant. We ordered almost every vegetarian and vegan item on the menu and were very pleased. Portion sizes were reasonable. The burrata dish was large though it’s listed as a starter. The chef is trying to bring new creative vegetable dishes to Vienna. We loved our food so much that we asked to meet with the chef.
