Luke warm

The food would be good, if it was all warm. This branch of Dhaba Beas has a small buffet, and while all dishes I tried were tasty - not all were warm. In fact, only one of the 7 items I had were properly warm. Some were plain cold, others luke warm.

On the plus side, several dishes were packed with tofu, chickpeas, lentils, etc. So even if that prices are all that cheap, you can get a lot of protein on your plate. And since you can really choose what you want and pay for the weight only, I think it might be an okay option for picky eaters.

The facilities are okay, the small room (original?) room where the buffet is laid out is cosy, but as you step into the larger seating area you feel more like you are in a regular fast food resturant.

Pros: Tasty, Sustainable, I guess?, Protein packed

Cons: Cold dishes, Rude staff (possibly responsible for cold food), Not so cosy place

It has improved!

This is still one of the smallest branches of the chain but it got bigger and now there is even seating area and more food options. I’m giving them four stars bc it’s my go to place whenever I’m hungry and working nearby. Also some of their meals are my forever to be comfort meals (fried soy noodles, dumplings with sour cabbage etc.)

Pros: Delish

Cons: Small, Limited vegan options

Not great not terrible

It's a small place with not so many options. For many dishes you have to pay extra, it's written on the label, but I haven't noticed it the first time, so I paid 230 CZK for one small meal (extra 10 Kč for one samosa, extra 10 for a summer roll, extra 10 for a piece of sushi...).

Small dhaba place, go to another dhaba restaurant

First of all - they use one-use plastic cutlery and cups, which is completely unnecessary and stupid, especially considering the fact, that in other dhabas they have everything in iron. The place itself is small, offer is very limited and you can sit only on the bar stool, which is not very comfortable. I would give 4 stars for food, since I like to eat in dhaba, but this plastic stuff dont deserve anything more than 2 stars. I would get it at some festival stand, but in a bistro? Why?

Pros: Standard dhaba food

Cons: Totally unnecessary one use plastic cutlery!, Limited offer, Terrible places to sit
