Lots of vegan options - Edit
This coffee shop is fantastic! Almost everything in the pastry case is vegan ask about the day-old basket; everything in the basket was vegan the day I visited. If you want more than a cookie or cake, you can also get a bagel topped with vegan butter, vegan cheese, and/or Just Egg. The ambiance is very nice, and the barista was very well-informed about veganism. They have multiple non-dairy mill options, and the barista was able to help me figure out which holiday drinks could be made vegan. It looked like they also have books and board games. I will be back!

Cafe Diem - Edit
We stopped for coffee on a road trip and were pleasantly surprised to find vegan pastry choices & cream cheese for bagels. And we contentedly perused the eclectic decor while we waited for our order. Out of our way, but worth it!

You can get a fresh bagel with just egg and vegan cheese for $5!!!🥳🥳🥳 they also have an ever changing display case of pastries and cookies...most of which are vegan! The walnut chocolate chip cookies are devine!! Sometimes, the pastries are made into cool shapes like a butterfly or a skull. The customer service is AMAZING! Theyll help guide you as to what is vegan and what isn't. The vibe of the place reminds me of my perfect cafe, a place I'd love to visit every day if I could! Also, they have $1 day old baked goods!!!!!!
