No words! - Edit
Crossroads is fantastic from beginning to end! The staff, our waiter Emmitt was so nice and patient. Of course I couldn’t decide and wanted everything he was completely unruffled and just kept coming back to check on us. We shared the wedge salad and I can honestly say I have never, even in pre-vegan days, had a blue cheese as good as this! We could have made a meal out of just this salad! I ordered the Parmesan scallopini and it was so good, I just couldn’t believe how tender, crispy and flavorful it was. The prices are pretty steep but treat yourself and visit at least once!

Overhyped. So much good vegan in Vegas. Skip it. - Edit
I feel like a lot of the appeal of this place had to be the perverseness of paying these prices for this food. If you are considering visiting, here's what you need to know: an avocado HALF is listed in the menu as a side dish for 6 dollars. Also, despite the fact that the place was not busy at all, the staff ignored us to dote exclusively on some gruesome high roller and his escort.

Cons: Inattentive staff

Unmissable - Edit
If you are in Vegas, vegan or not, Crossroads is unmissable. We had the 5-course tasting menu and every course was absolutely perfect. This is truly a heightened dining experience.

Great experience - Edit
Glad we got to try this restaurant! The food is phenomenal (except the beets which I didn’t finish but I’m not a beet person so that could just be me). The pizza, fettuccine and eggplant short rib were all amazing with intricate flavors and so satisfying!!! Worth visiting at least once 🤗

A spiritual experience - Edit
Everything we ordered was transcendent. I heard that there are some differences between LA and the Vegas menu. They’re located in the Conrad, past the casino. Very quiet and intimate.
Read morePros: All vegan, curated menu, Expertly crafted dishes, Beautiful service.
Cons: On the pricier side, but worth it.

One of the best vegan restaurants in the country (world too?) - Edit
Always 5 stars at Crossroads. We’ve been lots to the one in Los Angeles - this one meets the same standard. GF French roast and Bloody Mary for me- chickn and waffles for my husband with a margarita. Everything was great. Kind of wish portions had been a little more “Vegas sized” though.

Very enjoyable dinner in Vegas - Edit
Crossroads an all vegan restaurant is toward the back of Resorts World. They had 5 and 7 course tasting menus which were tempting (and pricey) but we really wanted to try the lasagna. We also had the caramelized onion and pancetta pizza, chestnut pate, and the brownie sundae. The lasagna was fantastic, pizza very good, pate was nice with a very delicate flavor.
Read moreThe brownie sundae was the only disappointing part the meal - ice cream was not very creamy and not much in terms of brownies or chocolate sauce. They do have other dessert options.
Will be on our list again for a future Vegas visit and consider trying them out for brunch. #Veganuary

Amazing food - Edit
All of the food we tried here was amazing - impossible cigars, chips and ‘caviar’ with onion dip, and fried courgette flowers for starters and the carbonara and pepperoni pizza for mains. My only niggle (apart from how extremely expensive it was) was that the carbonara did get a bit stodgy near the end. Despite the novelty of the dishes on offer and their tastiness this was probably a one-time visit due to the cost. #Veganuary

Special occasion vegan dining - Edit
Beautiful menu, so it was hard to decide what to have! The cheese plate and caviar were out of this world! I went with omnivores and everyone was really happy with their meal. A bit hard to find, like all places inside the casinos, so give yourself plenty of time to find it!

Nothing WFPB - Edit
What a disappointing experience. There is nothing on the menu that is whole food. Every dish they have is loaded with oil or vegan butter, so much stuff is deep fried and fake meats. Even after asking if they can make a dish for me without oil they said “No. Just have a salad”. So I ended up having a plain lettuce salad w balsamic. Never again. Total waste of money.

Cons: Expensive , Chef won’t accommodate whole food eaters
