Wow! - Edit
I didn’t think we would find any vegan options in Vegas, let alone a place like this! Vegan fine dining at its best! We had the 5-course tasting menu / it was absolutely amazing! Delicate, perfectly cooked and presented, really a joy to experience. Worth the splurge!

Amazing food that everyone will like - Edit
I took my non-vegan friend here with me and we were both blown away. The cheese platter had a vegan bleu cheese that I dream of to this day. But they gave us a small amount of bread for how much cheese we had and then we had to pay extra for more, and i mean i was loading that cheese on there but still needed more bread. I also LOVED the scallopini parmesan that I had, it was filling and perfectly crispy the pasta that came with it was standard but still good. My friend got the Linguine Scallops Pasta which had a light refreshing sauce and was good as well. The one thing I didn't like was the brownie sunday. There were only 3 small bland brownie bites, like that's just ice cream with a smidge of brownie not a brownie sunday in my opinion, and is the main reason I knocked off a point.

Fancy delights and creations - Edit
You don't go to a restaurant like this thinking you're gonna get a cheap greasy burger you get what you pay for and the authentic tastes of these non-processed creations are delicious. Leave you feeling full without feeling sick or like you ate too much and the service is phenomenal. I truly can't remember the name of the soup, but it was hands-down. The best soup I've ever tasted in my entire entire life, fortunate enough to say that I've traveled a lot and eaten in a lot of vegan restaurants around the globe. I've never tasted a more delicious soup then I had crossroads kitchen.

Upscale vegan dining in Vegas - Edit
A must-visit for upscale vegan dining in Vegas. I've been wanting to eat at Crossroads for ages and I wasn't disappointed. You won't find basic vegan offerings like a Beyond burger or quinoa bowl here - expect rich homemade pastas, steakhouse fare, and creative appetizers made vegan! The stuffed zucchini blossoms, mushroom scallops, and lion's mane mushroom steak were delicious. My favorite part of the meal was probably the truffle potatoes that came with the steak. Their pastas, especially the truffle fettuccine, looked incredible too - I will have to visit again to try them! They have an extensive wine list too.
Read moreIt's definitely not cheap but such prices are to be expected in a hotel restaurant in Vegas, and the experience is worth it if you want to treat yourself. Service was attentive but a bit slow. The vibe was intimate and elegant.

Overwhelmed by the abundance - Edit
As the title says got overwhelmed by the abundance of food in their brunch buffett. Everything was delicious. The ambience was great and the servers were super nice. All the food tasted great. They had collection of both healthy and comfort food.

Memorable Meal - Edit
Had a delicious dinner at Crossroads! It was hard to decide what to eat because everything on the menu looked so good. My husband and I ultimately shared the broccoli arancini, squash blossoms, toasted bread, carbonara, and spicy parm (“secret menu” item of chicken parm & vodka sauce pasta and recommended by the server).
Read moreEverything we ate was amazing (yes…even the bread), and I wish I could go back for 2nds & 3rds!
Other than the food being outstanding, the drinks menu was also impressive, service was great, and I appreciated the fine dining atmosphere!
Pros: Delicious food, Great service, Fine dining
Cons: Pricey (but worth it?)

Vegan fine dining - Edit
I’m so glad that I made it here after dying to go for years. It is exactly what you’d expect - vegan fine dining restaurant with craft cocktails and nicer wines. Expect to spend a lot of money.
Read moreI really enjoyed the food and the cocktails were great. & Our server was also amazing!
Maybe it was just where we were seated but I found it funny sitting right near slot machines while eating a “fancy” dinner.
I’d recommend checking this place out at least once. It’s so nice getting to try certain foods that you don’t typically find vegan versions of. I would go back for sure. #Veganuary

Nice - Edit
The Sunday brunch was good, I might’ve had higher expectations based on other reviews. Nonetheless I think it’s worth checking out and supporting a vegan restaurant like this.

Sunday Buffet - Edit
$50 vegan Sunday brunch buffet. We’ve been twice and both times it was incredible! We took our non-vegan daughter at Christmas and she enjoyed it too!
Read moreThe eggs florentine are great, delicious vegan hollandaise. Love the Chik'n and waffles on the buffet as well, especially with spicy maple syrup!
Overnight oats, parfaits, bagels with carrot lox and various cream cheeses. They are one of the few restaurants that serve Climax Foods award winning blue cheese (until big dairy had it taken away).
The always had some dessert selection varies and is my least favorite part of the menu but I find something to enjoy!
Pricy but not by Vegas buffet standards, good food, incredible service and very friendly.
Will continue to be a go to for special occasions!

Very delicious. Very expensive. - Edit
Great meal. Very expensive, but very delicious. Would visit again when in town again. Normally these places have small portions, and our meal did, but when I went the dessert sundaes were the cheapest item and MASSIVE.

Not really impressed - Edit
Not really impressed. The restaurant was very loud and dark, and we were seated near the kitchen, which wasn't ideal. On the positive side, the service was excellent. The food, however, was a mixed experience. The 'steak' turned out to be a mushroom, which wasn't clear to us. Overall, it was okay, but not worth the high price.

Amazing experience and thanks Jarod! - Edit
I might say that was our favorite meal since I went vegan six years ago. I don't understand the other reviews saying the food did not meet their expectations. We enjoyed everything we tried. I would say the food is amazing and well worth a stop on your visit to Vegas. A big shout out to Jarod. We decided to sit at the bar and apart from the food Jarod made the evening a blast. Felt like we were being hosted by a long time friend!

Top Vegas Dining - Edit
This place was friggin amazing. The hostess, bartender, and servers were super-friendly to start. The setting is modern, yet elegant, with a laid back vibe. The food was the best I’ve tasted in Vegas. I started with the crispy artichoke hearts, which walked a fine line between tenderness and a crispy texture, and was topped with a delicious glaze of olive oil, herbs, and possibly lemon juice? I also got the fondant parsnips, which were the size and shape of 3 marshmallows covered in a delicious gravy with an aioli on the side; they were tender enough to spread on a piece of the grilled sourdough which was suggested as a pairing. For my main course, I got the cacio e peppe which absolutely blew my mind. The pasta was homemade and a perfect texture, having just the right bite to it. The vegan Parmesan made the dish indistinguishable from the dairy version. I did not get a dessert, but I saw a few pass by and they looked delicious. I did get a mocktail which was sweet, but it was a hearty drink that lasted me through most of my meal. I’d highly recommend for a special occasion dinner with friends.

Great vegan brunch buffet on Sundays! - Edit
$50 vegan Sunday brunch buffet. This is the only vegan buffet I've ever been to and it was incredible!
Read moreThe eggs florentine were really great, best vegan hollandaise sauce I've ever had. And the French toast was a real standout as well. Chik'n and waffles on the buffet as well, so good!
Overnight oats, parfaits, bagels with carrot lox and jalapeño cream cheese... the list goes on and on!
The sausage was a little dry, but had good flavor. Just add some maple syrup to it!
The always had some devious desserts on the buffet; gluten free brownie bites, tiramasu, lemon cake
Everything was wonderful, and the service was incredible and very friendly. I will be back for Sunday brunch whenever I'm in town!

Underwhelming - Edit
I found this food quite underwhelming. Pictures look fantastic, but the food was good not great. Much better vegan places in other major cities, and add more justifiable prices as well.

Fine dining price and food with food hall atmosphere - Edit
I came here after a show a little drunk and ordered the 7 course tasting menu with 1 cocktail. The total came to $212 with tax excluding tip.
Read moreThe food was very nice and I enjoyed all 7 courses. It maybe a British to American language barrier but I had no idea what my waiter was saying when he brought explained each course and obviously being British I was only ever going to nod and say thanks.
The major downside of this place, and considering the price is a MAJOR downside is its location, it’s open to the casino floor and across from a sports bar. You have the Resturant music, the even louder casino floor music and also the music from the sports bar. This is fine at a cheap eatery but to be honest not acceptable for a $200 dining experience. Do not come here for a special occasion because the atmosphere will not match it. If you want to blow a load of money on some nice food go for it, fine dining price point with a food hall experience.
Pros: The food
Cons: Location

Upscale vegan restaurant - Edit
For an upscale restaurant, Crossroads delivers on quality vegan food but misses the mark on ambiance. We had the calamari, truffle mushroom pizza, and squash pappardelle. Everything was delicious! We were sat on the edge looking out into the casino with at least 3 different competing music playing, and the service was pretty slow.

Not bad, but overrated and overpriced - Edit
Came here for dinner and ordered some of the most popular items: stuffed zucchini blossoms, calamari fritti, spicy rigatoni alla vodka, heirloom butter beans, grilled lion's mane steak, a side of truffle potatoes, and brownie sundae for dessert. The only dish that stood out was the potatoes; these were phenomenal! Everything else ranged from good to middling. Too much fake cheese everywhere to compensate for the lack of flavor. I guess my expectations were too high based on the reviews and price points. I feel like the food here is mostly catered to curious meat-eaters or casual vegetarians. On the other hand, the decor was very nice and gave high-end vibes, but service was almost too casual.
Read moreThis was the second time we've been to a Crossroads restaurant and left underwhelmed. The first time was way back when it had just opened its first location in LA. I remember having a similar experience back then, so unfortunately nothing much has changed.
