Vegan and gluten-free croquetas! - Edit
It's rare enough to find vegan OR even gluten-free croquetas, but this place also has vegan AND gluten-free ones! Just note that if you go for gluten-free croquetas, you can only buy them frozen as a pack of 6, to fry at home. It wasn't an issue for us but it's not something you can eat on the go.

Best vegan croquettes - Edit
Beautiful flavours & 5 vegan choices when we went . Fresh & delicious . My partner thought they were the best croquettes he’s ever had & he had the vegan ones (he’s a meat eater!) If you go in & order they’ll cook them fresh for you . We had a wander for 20 mins & then they were ready to collect. Lovely little business, English spoken too .

Excellent vegan croquetas - Edit
While I understand that I cannot give 5 stars to a non-fully vegan place, I am really thrilled I got to know this place while staying in Valencia and would give 5 stars for the quality of the food.
Read moreThe croquetas are all made by hand, with a lot of love. The only fact that there were vegan ones (and not only one type!), and that also gluten-free options is amazing.
The menu changes regularly and the varieties are not only creative but also delicious - from miso shiitake to pumpkin or zucchini and carrot with coconut milk, chipotle, dried tomato, basil and black olives etc.
I loved going there to pick-up my daily shot of vegan croquetas, which I had been missing since I went vegan. There's the option to pick-up freshly fried croquetas or frozen ones, to fry at home - or precooked, to reheat at home.
You're also welcomed with a smile by wonderful owner, Mariola, who puts all her love into her croquetas (and you can taste it). Strongly recommend!
