Unreal food - Edit
Food is incredible and soooo cheap! 60k per meal with no extra tax/service! Huge portions! The main vegan options are pancakes or scrambled tofu (both are great). Would be great to see them offer more vegan options in the future. Nice to go with non vegan friends too so everyone can enjoy. The meat and dairy options are incredible for the non vegans

Nice location - average food - Edit
We went there on a Saturday around 11am. There was a DJ, loud music and a lot of people. It was very busy but the atmosphere was great ! The food options for vegans are pretty average but not too bad ! We had the tofu scramble and Avo Breakfast. The bread was very soft but all together it was delicious☺️

Great for brunch & breakfast - Edit
We had to come back a 2nd to try more of what’s on the menu! The hype it gets is well deserved, the portion sizes are huge, incredible smoothies and lots of vegan options clearly marked as such.

Overrated and unorganised - Edit
They had no system to sit down and the place was so overcrowded. We waited an hour for our food which was only okay. There were plenty of vegan options that all looked fab. Good coffee.

Tasty brunch, super crowded - Edit
The place is very nice and spacious. There are plenty vegan options for brunch, but it’s super crowded, the waiting line is huge. Food is very tasty and the juices as well.

Greatest Scrambled Tofu - Edit
After eating lots of scrambled tofu in South East Asia I finally found a place which uses Kala Namak for the tofu. Because of this spice the tofu gets an authentic egg flavour. On top of bread were avocados and tomatoes. Every breakfast is 65k and the portions are huge. My boyfriend couldn't even finish his dish.

Unreal sized portions, everything on the menu 60k - Edit
Plenty of vegan options here however the menu is a little bit awkward as it is very vague and doesn’t tell you what’s actually in the meals. Staff weren’t helpful either as they just wanted to get the orders in because there was a queue.

Love the scrambled tofu - Edit
The scrambled tofu bread (smash it up) is our favorite here - amazing taste and delicious with the avocado and tomato. The cafe as it self is a bit loud and always very full, so be prepared to wait to order.

Just had a drink - Edit
Just had a drink stop on the way home. I had the vegan choc ice for 50k. Was nice and came with lots of whipped cream. Very clean and good atmosphere venue, had some decent vegan options on the food menu and plant based milks for coffee ( 10k) #Veganuary

Yup it’s worth it - Edit
It’s not all vegan, but it does deserve an honorable mention. I ordered the waddup for delivery and my bf got the curry pot pie. Loved mine and it held up pretty well in the box on the way over! My bf’s pie was a nice surprise too! Wish I could have dined in but it’s corona times.

So many vegan options. Amazingly huge portion sizes and great flavours. Eat the cakes. Drink the coffee and eat well. A must whilst in Canggu I’d say. Vegan ice cream too.

Hands down my fave place to eat in Canggu - Edit
This place is incredible. Heaps of veggie and vegan options. My faves would be the Waddup (falafel & hummus on toast) and Smash It Up (scrambled tofu & avo on toast) The smoothies are delicious and the coffee is great. It’s such great value with all dishes being 55,000 and smoothies 40,000. Don’t be put off by the huge queue as it moves so quickly and the food comes out so fast!

Hipster paradise - Edit
The place to be in town. Stash your bike in front of the place, choice from a menu with only hip names en enjoy it with a view on a small rice field.

yes, the line at crate is worth it - Edit
you'll see the line and be like "NO WAY"... yes way.. it is so worth it! best value for portion in Canggu, vegan/gluten-free options, you will not leave hungry! Plus you'll get your next instagram post while you are at it... arrive early or at the end of day to avoid the crowds! they will veganize what they can! they can make substitutions. Tofu scramble toast, mushroom toast, chia puddings, smoothie bowls. (ask for gluten-free toast)

Cheap, big portions and yum - Edit
Had scrambled tofu and avocado on bread with cherry tomatoes! Super filling and yum. They have salt and pepper on the table which is perfect if u like it a little bit more flavorful. The iced coffee with soy milk was good as well. Also: the vegan brownie is amazing!!

Hipster heaven. Come to be seen. But don’t expect good (Vegan) food. - Edit
If you want to try this place arrive before 8:30 am! Otherwise it gets super packed and it’s hard to find a seat. I ordered the avocado on toast. Really big portion but pretty tasteless. Seems like they just put a big amount of turmeric into the scrambled tofu to get the yellow Color. No salt, no pepper. Nothing.
Read moreThe don’t offer filtered water. And you have to pay upfront (cash only) which means they are pretty slow in their service. I don’t understand the hype around this place. Especially with all the other amazing (vegan) places in canggu.
Pros: Big portions
Cons: Tasteless , Crowded

Vegan nachos - Edit
The vegan nachos were pretty average, it was just tortilla chips, guac and a bit of lettuce on the top however was well presented. I was expecting some beans or vegan cheese or something more?

Best prices, insta-worthy food - Edit
Cool open-space cafe with industrial feel and nice view. Plenty of vegan options and all the food looks stunning. So far I tried quinoa with sauteed veggies, veggie burger and vegan nachos. All really tasty and fresh, however nachos maybe needed some beans/tofu/ cashew cream/vegan cheese to make it more than just salad with tortilla chips(or maybe I'm just being picky because it did taste good). Burger was a healthy type one, I loved it, each layer had a very instinctive flavor(carrot, broccoli and beetroot), but it won't satisfy your fast-food cravings.
