Not vegan friendly - Edit

Asked for vegan options for breakfast and was told that all they had was oatmeal and salad #Veganuary

Very Little for Vegans - Edit

Very cute cafe with plenty of room and quick service, but very little for vegans to eat. No vegan baked goods, though the overview advises of vegan bagels. The bowl was fresh and good without the egg or cheese, but that is your only option for food. They also offer Almond and Soy milk for coffee drinks. As usual, there is an upcharge for the substitutions.

Pros: Vegan option (bowl-no egg or cheese) tasted good, Almond Milk option for coffee drinks

Cons: Only one food option available, No vegan baked goods

Satisfactory as an only option - Edit

To say they have vegan options is a bit of a stretch. Like this listing suggested, I ordered the power bowl, omitting cheese, eggs, and pesto, and adding avocado. I was frustrated they charged me $1 for 1/4 avocado, even though I had omitted so much else. I left hungry.

I hate to complain - I guess I just had higher expectations.

I will say they were very friendly, and I enjoyed the ambience.

Opens at 7am! - Edit

Only place in the area that opens before 9am and has some very patient ladies working the registers. They were so kind with all my questions and substitutions. I wish they had more vegan options but what I got was delicious and extremely filling. I’ll be back tomorrow morning (because I have no other choices and because they’re so nice).
