Copper branch is a vegan food chain that has various locations in and around the city. Each restaurant has a trendy and clean feel. It is a good option when you want to have a quick healthy meal on the go. The food is tasty, but a little overpriced my opinion. My personal favourites are the shiitake teriyaki burger and the Aztec bowl.

There are so many of them now. They’re everywhere! Which, I guess, is a good thing. I’m not even convinced they make money. Often they’re just so empty.
Read moreWell I had a bowl to eat. Not usually a bowl guy, but it was fine and healthy. Good service (not always a guarantee depending on the location). Very clean and new inside. Surrounded by condos in a greatly “developing” area. So many condos.
Copper Branch has vegan food. Slightly expensive but usually hits the spot.
