Waaaaay overpriced, waaaaay underfed! - Edit
What irony to see the 10/28/2020 "Overly priced [censored] atmosphere....." review. We ordered the identical menu items (before having found their review); The BAT and The Dusted. Are you kidding me?????, two thin slices of whole grain bread with some vegan ricotta thinly spread, topped with some blueberries and some slivered almonds for almost $8???????? I don't think so. The same thing with the BAT...the spacing between the two pieces of sour dough was barely measurable.....so imagine slicing small tomatoes as thinly as possible, laying on a thin spread of smashed avocado, and adding some sunflower seeds with "slices" of translucent coco bacon.......what do you get????? .......two slices of bread desperately trying to convince you they're a sandwich.

Wow wow - Edit
There’s something about walking into a coffee shop and just having all sorts of options. All the baked goods were vegan(scones, cinnamon rolls, brownies) and they just recently added BISCUITS AND GRAVY wow. Anyways, just come here.

Overly priced snobby atmosphere contradicts their “not about $$” homie ambiance. - Edit
We were happy to find something within the vegan food desert traveling between Denver and Moab. I got the BAT and was expecting a regular size sandwich for $8 but it ended being finger-food size. My partner got the Dusted and was more of the same barely any spread etc. so we ordered a side of toast, was $4 and came burned and finger-food size. We won’t be back!

Yummy snacks - Edit
We got two different types of the toast and a brownie and all were delicious! It’s not too filling, more like a snack but definitely worth a stop.

I can’t wait to return to Grand Junction and this sweet spot! With all different seating options, it’s quite a cozy place to spend some time relaxing. Had toast with black bean hummus, capers, and onion on it, which was unique and tasty. Also had an agave sweetened brownie and coffee.

Vegan galore! - Edit
We got a bunch of little vegan options when we visited. We ordered a latte, cookie, cinnamon roll, scone, and a cupcake. Everything was super delicious and all vegan!! Absolutely loved the cinnamon roll and would definitely prioritize that! If you’re around definitely make the stop. You can count on more than 5 vegan treats being there and they all taste delicious.

Great cinnamon rolls & lattes - Edit
This is a cute little place with friendly staff where nearly everything is vegan and gluten free. Not a lot of options for pastries and I found it a little strange they only offered hemp, macadamia nut, and coconut milk alternatives. I would have liked an almond or soy option. The cinnamon rolls are fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed the macadamia nut latte. I would definitely go back if I were in town again.

Fully vegan options! - Edit
Had lunch and coffee, and ordered “The Cheap Trick” which is an avocado toast on their special bread with all kinds of delicious stuff on it and their own house made vegan ricotta! I also was pleasantly surprised that their non-dairy milks weren’t the standard almond/soy/coconut mills! They included hemp milk and macadamia nut milk which I used in my sugar free cinnamon latte and it was delicious. This was definitely a good choice!
Read moreThe only downside was the fact I was expecting it to be a little quicker on the food as it is a coffee shop, but if my experience was the norm, make room for a standard dine-in wait time.

Vegan Grilled Cheese - Need I Say More? - Edit
I visited this place several times while I was in town for a few days and I LOVED it.
Read moreMy first trip in was for lunch and I had a yummy avocado toast with pesto, sundried tomatoes, and cashew cheese and a delicious tahini-dressed salad.
The two gents that waited on me were absolutely lovely! They informed me that during the week there is a grilled cheese truck that has vegan (and gluten-free!) options.
I couldn't pass that up, so I returned the next day and the woman who was there couldn't have possibly been more lovely. She suggested a grilled cheese with peaches and basil. Whoa. This thing was amazing. So amazing I stopped the very next day to get one more. This time they had Chao cheese instead of Daiya and it was next-level!
All of the folks working there were so incredibly lovely, the atmosphere is laid-back and chill, and they have plenty of vegan options - including baked goods. It also proved a great place to have coffee and read my book for an hour or so one afternoon.
I highly recommend a trip here. Nothing fancy, but everything is clearly made and served with love and care.
Pros: Yummy Food, Fantastic Staff, Great Atmosphere
Cons: Limited Menu

Great vegan cafe - Edit
I had a “cheap trick,” a thick toast with smashed avocado, sundries tomatoes, vegan ricotta, chia seeds and cherry tomatoes. Also had vegan scone, cookie and cinnamon roll for the table. My wife had a build your own avocado toast with toasted sunflower seeds, red onions, tomatoes, and more. The hibiscus and green teas were served in a mason jar over ice. Very refreshing on a 98 degree day. We will definitely go there again.

A real gem - Edit
This place is so freaking cute...totally done in a 70s vibe. They have a variety of coffee options and freshly baked pastries, most of which are vegan. They also serve two lunch options both which can be vegan or vegetarian based on your choices - there are actually a lot of options to personalize your meal. I had the avocado aardvark toast which is made on there specialty bread and is amazing! My friend told me you can buy a loaf of the bread on weekend afternoons - hoping that is true. Will definitely be back!

This is a very cool new place in town that is definitely worth visiting. Although it is a vegetarian restaurant, it goes all out to cater to vegans, with many daily vegan options and specials. The atmosphere and ambiance are very warm and relaxing, with pleasing colors, art on the walls and fun eclectic furniture. All of the vegan meals I have had were well prepared and delicious. I recommend Copeka to all.

I adore this place. Great coffee, tea, wine and vegan pastries! The Copeka offers a nice menu of daily vegan soup, wraps, toast with toppings, tapas and adult beverages. The place is super cute with all the furnishings from the 50's. I love to hang out at the Copeka as I am thrilled to have a vegan place to meet up for coffee or a meal. They also have games, game night, music and dance events. Sweet place.
