A warm & welcoming vegetarian coffee shop offering pastries, wraps, soup and tapas with mostly vegan options. Is tucked into a little neighborhood, off the main North Ave. The place is all retro from the 50's offering a menu of food, coffee, tea, and adult beverages as well. A cool place to hang out and visit or play a board game or do a puzzle. Also is a performance and event venue. Open Mon-Fri 7:00am-8:00pm, Sat-Sun 8:00am-8:00pm.

Solid options

Lots of vegan options. I got the breakfast Sammy and fruity pebble latte. The latte was good and not too sweet

Cute Coffee shop

This place is a great place to hang out, do your work (free wifi).
Food was good though the avocado toast with a little of the black bean hummus was only one slice of bread.

Cons: Lacked quantity -small serving

Copeka Coffee in GJ

They could be fully vegan for 5 stars. Great place to stop in. Like an oasis in a desert. There are very few legit vegan options in Grand Junction and Copeka has them. Simply removing or modifying items doesn't count as "vegan options" for me. Luckily, Copeka has options in spades!

Pros: Legit vegan options, Vegan Biscuits and Gravy, Pleasant atmosphere

Nice Little Coffee Shop

Nice relaxed vibe with some good vegan options. The food and drinks were tasty, although not the prettiest. The best part in my opinion is how dog friendly they are. 🐕

Pros: Numerous vegan options, Chill/relaxed vibe, Dog friendly

Cons: Side of fruit, which was just an orange, was $4 🤨

Pretty good

Cool little place. Not much competition so even with their small portions and occasional hit & miss dishes it still might be the best stop on I-70 west of Denver.

Spacious and Chill Coffee Shop

I'm so happy to have found a vegetarian shop in town. I've been searching for a good chai and Copeka delivered, it was soo yummy. I also got the breakfast Sammy, vegan, which was sufficient. Nothing special and I asked to add pesto which was not added. I feel it could have had maybe a sauce or something added for more flavor.
The atmosphere was very relaxed and I loved all the decor. I would have loved to try some of the pastries and a different sandwich.

Pros: Flavorful Chai, Nice atmosphere , Most food can be made vegan

Cons: Panini left some to be desired

Great coffee, lots of vegan options, good vibe.

Love Copeka! They uniquely offer both a cozy, relaxed, friendly vibe while also serving great coffee. I feel like often times with nicer coffee shops you choose one or the other. Not Copeka! Bomb coffee and a chill atmosphere. Lots of vegan menu items and pastries too.

Fun place great coffee and baked goods

Everything is vegan so you are safe! We didn’t have time to get the lunch items like the Panini which looked amazing, but the biscuits of different varieties had just come out of the oven. All three were out of this world including the lemon flavored one. definitely worth again and again!

Not a good day. :(

I eat here on a regular basis and love the food and usually the atmosphere is wonderful. But last Tuesday I was there and it was not their best day.😒The cashier was not very friendly - I did not recognize her and perhaps she is new, but she was not in a good mood at all. We asked about their rewards program as we had points we could use and she had no clue what we were talking about.
I ordered several vegan items as did my husband. His latte was made with whole milk and when I asked to re-make it with nut milk, we were told that it was an extra cost and we were not charged for it, but they would do it "just this once." I know that nut milk is extra, which seems weird in itself in this type of cafe, but the way they handled the mix-up was not their norm.
Then when the cashier brought out our breakfast, she basically threw it on our table and said nothing to us. We have never seen service like this at this cafe. I think there may be new management/ownership, too as some of the menu items/prices have changed. I will continue to visit the cafe, but Yikes, I hope it was just an off day.

Pros: Food is great!, Many Vegan Options!

Cons: Service on this day was awful!

Cool spot with great vegan breakfast

They had a wonderful chia seed and fruit parfait, and the The Cheap Trick avocado toast with their housemade vegan ricotta was really great. Very cool atmosphere, lots of seating (in and outdoors) and a small parking lot. If I ever pass back through this way I'll be back!

Decent breakfast

Cute decor. They have several toast options, but the bread seemed to be unusually healthy and the vegan cheeze didn't taste like much. That being said, I'd still go back because it's probably the best thing around for a vegan breakfast.

Pros: Parking lot

Quality

They know what they’re doing. I love black tea and most niche coffe places fail on plain black tea. They slap a super weird tasting earl grey tea bag In hot water. Not these guys! They use black tea leaves and a real deal steeping process! The avacodo vegan toast called triple threat was exceptional! Love the vegan ricotta. They have plenty of room to sit inside and out(with shade). It has very non bias chillax kina vide.

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Quality with decent portions. , Price

Cons: Not open 24-7

Good breakfast and lunch/snack options

We’ve been here for both breakfast and lunch, and happy with both. Service is friendly and helpful and the flavors are good. They make a good macadamia milk chai.

Cute little coffee shop

This place is vegetarian and not vegan but they do have some good vegan options. I was told that all of their pastries are vegan. I tried the espresso cinnamon roll which was very tasty. I also ordered the BATS sandwich. The sandwich was a little on the small side for the price but it was very tasty and had lots of good flavor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the decor and overall vibe or the shop. Given the lack of vegan options in Grand Junction, this place was definitely a good find!

Pros: Vegan options , Cozy interior with great decor, Friendly helpful staff

Cons: Not vegan , A little expensive

Worth the stop for great vegan options!

Very cool bohemian relaxed place with lots of vegan options. They make their own bread and vegan ricotta as well as cinnamon rolls. Coffee is great, too. Definitely worth a little D-tour from I-70 when stopping in Grand Junction!

Fantastic

I eat here fairly often even though it's mostly to go. I love the large variety of vegan options and baked goods. It's the only place in town that I can drink the Chai tea since they make their own without dairy. I love the staff as well! I feel that you get excellent quality of food and plenty of food. In the overfed American, it may seem like less food but if you tend to not eat normal American portions you will be full.

Fantastic find!

Loved our visit! Friendly staff. Fresh, delicious, unique, house-made vegan options. Shaded patio seating, not crowded on a Sunday late morning. I disagree with the other commenters who complained about portion sizes and prices. Check my photos - these satisfying beauties would have cost double where I live. We had the triple threat, the coconut bacon sandwich, the lemon poppyseed scone (so moist!), and a macadamia nut milk latte...everything delicious and delightful. Wish we had a Copeka Coffee near me.💗definitely will visit again!

Pros: Staff ask if you want the vegan version, House-made scones and cinnamon rolls, Unique, fresh food
