Offers a rotating iced coffee and tea selection. All milky drinks use a non-dairy milk. Also operates a small coffee truck at local events such as the farmers market. Shares a space with the nonprofit 1888 Center, a small community space/art gallery/bookshop. Open Mon-Sat 8:00am-10:00pm, Sun 9:00am-5:00pm.

Delicious cold coffee & tea - Edit
Delicious and unique coffee & tea drinks served by nice people. They offer a reusable metal cup option with a straw. (But the old photo has a plastic cup because it shows off the MC Squared)

Seriously love this place. So many delicious iced tea and coffee options, and you can try a few before deciding on what to get...which is good, because it’s so difficult to decide! Personal favourites are the coffee/horchata (forgot the name...), mint mocha, and chai (though I have to double check there’s no honey in it next time I see it on the menu). They’re always changing up the menu and coming up with tasty new things.
