Great place for some vegan Italian fare - Edit
Warning - you tend to overeat here.. so don’t go over ordering like we did. We had some white wine sangria, the fig balsamic pizza, ricotta ravioli, tiramisu and the chocolate hazelnut dessert. I loved the fig balsamic pizza and among desserts loved the dessert. The desserts are rich and are a sizable portion .

Excellent pizzas - Edit
The pizzas remind me of the pizzas I get in Italy. It's due to how they do the crust. The toppings (like truffle honey) are unusual, in the sense that they aren't commonly on pizza, and yet distinctly Italian. It reminds me of a gourmet pizza place in Syracuse, Sicily, called Pecora Nera, except you don't have to travel across the Atlantic to enjoy the flavors.

Blown away by this place! The atmosphere is very nice, the waiter was super friendly and attentive and the food was an absolute delight! I'm a huge pasta lover and I couldn't have been happier with my dish (Rigatoni alla Norma). My bf had the Short Rip Agnolotti which were something he -quote- "had never eaten before!" he loved it! The Puttanesca Meatballs with garlic knots were very delicious too. We didn't have space for any dessert but what we saw on the other tables looked sooo good. Given the quality of the pasta, I'm very certain their pizzas must be delicious as well! Good thing we made reservations- the place was packed!

For main the ricotta ravioli (wish the dish was larger!) and pepperoni pizza.
For dessert the limoncello olive oil cake, and a chocolate hazelnut dome.
All DELICIOUS! Even tho it was pricey (especially in NZD) and beyond our budget, it was so worth it!

This is an amazing restaurant. Every bite was scrumptious. We shared a pizza margherita to start, which was too big but we ate it all because it was so good. The crust, the perfectly melted cheese, the seasonings—divine. My husband had the chunk “steak”; I had the risotto with “salmon.” As people who have not eaten animals for almost seven years, we haven’t found anything quite like this. The “salmon” had not only the taste I remember, it also the flaky texture. Uncanny. My husband loved the “steak.”We were far too full for dessert.

We were absolutely astonished. Each course surprised us with outrageously good flavors. Fabulous atmosphere. My husband and I kept looking at each other in disbelief as I am not a huge fan of Italian food but I am a vegan and wow the salad was the best I have ever had. The mushroom pasta was sublime and the lemon olive oil cake was the best dessert I have ever had anywhere.

Went twice on a recent trip to NYC. Excellent chunk steak. Margherita pizza was very good, especially the crust. Tried pepperoni pizza next time - not as good. Crust was still great, but the mock pepperoni not so tasty. Puttanesca meatballs were amazing as an appetizer. Overall, great experience both times.

Can’t miss, everything is great. - Edit
This place has it all- highly recommend for a celebratory meal. It’s 100% vegan. Love the calamari, eggplant lasagna, and the hot honey pizza. I don’t love fake meats but the rest of my group really enjoyed the Chunk steak entree and mashed potatoes.
