This is a great little place to enjoy a delicious lunch and Sangria! The menu has a lot of great vegan options too. Service was super friendly and efficient and while the place is small, it has a really nice atmosphere and is bright and airy. We had a falafel bowl and falafel salad .

Missing ingredients - Edit
We ordered the salad and the wrap, both items were missing ingredients yet we didn't get a discount or a refund when we complained. The salad was basically just lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and Falafel without all the other ingredients that were listed on the menu. The person working there didn't inform us of how limited it was and mentioned only at the end that she has been meaning to change the menu to reflect what they are now offering.

Great spot in the heart of lots of San Jose activity - Edit
We were famished after a long walk and happy cow came to the rescue to help with the blood sugar drop. Friendly people sat us upstairs where we could watch all the activity & vendors on the streets. The meal came quickly and was delicious. Very crispy falafel and lots of yummy veg in the falafel bowl, with lovely tahini sauce. #Veganuary

If you are in downtown San José and hopefully not driving, this could be a good place to pass by. They have plenty vegan options and the food is fairly good and ok priced. Not easy to access by car and no where to park.

Restaurant is located in a building called Amor de Barrio which houses several restaurants on the 2nd floor. Ordered the falafel burger vegan of course. Tasted delicious. Super messy, but that’s quite alright. Wasn’t too much of a fan of the baba sauce that came with the fries but definitely def just a personal opinion. Overall I would return here to dine again.

I had the spicy falafel wrap and I had to go back a second time now that I'm addicted to their falafel! They're so fresh and slightly sweet. The staff super friendly and their smile is contagious. I loved their homemade vegan white sauce.
