Top place - will never get tired of their "chlebíčky" - Edit
This place specializes in "chlebíčky" - Czech open-faced sandwiches, which are basically considered as party food, but you can also have 2 or 3 of them as a light lunch. They also serve daily soup and some sweets. A unique place - probably the only vegan place of this kind in the Czech Republic. The owner and all the staff are super friendly and polite.

A must for vegans visiting Prague - Edit
"Chlebíček" is a typical Czech product for meat-eaters (with a lot of mayo, ham, eggs..). Here you can have healthy and vegan alternative, and you'll love it. They serve a daily soup as well and some nice desserts. We often buy "chlebíčky" as take away for our house parties.

I had a nice soup (different every day) and few of the sandwiches, all tasted great and the service was very friendly. The place is very new and modern. sorry, don't know what to add :), there are 2-3 other modern (hipster) shops around, the place has a potential!
