Has gone down hill

We used to love this place. The food was quality and delicious, but it has recently been quite disappointing. We ordered a falafel wrap/kebab which we had to wait over 25 minutes for. It was dry, the bread tasted frozen, there was hardly any pickled veggies and just feel apart after the first bite. We contacted them to share our disappointment with our meal, and have decided we won't be returning to their establishment.

Pros: Local small business

Cons: Food quality just isn't there anymore, No attempt to retain us as customer

Chicken on vegan platter

Look, the vegan food was great. But they added chicken and I ate a piece 😭

Simplicity at its finest

Visited here tonight with my non-vegan mum after I sold her on the Isfahan desserts and tea platter (she has a big sweet tooth). We both ordered the charcoal grilled eggplant plates and shared the dessert platter. Definitely not a complex meal: it was just grilled eggplant, grilled tomato, shirazi salad, saffron rice, and tahini. However everything was cooked to perfection. A fantastic example of simple ingredients, big flavour. The dessert platter was great too. Not too sickly sweet and the cardamom tea was a great complement. Although I personally recommend drinking it without milk, it cuts through some of the sweetness (because this is still dessert after all!). Well worth a visit although this is a small cafe type place, so booking in advance might be a good idea.

Pros: Friendly staff

Cons: Small place, not much seating

Had the Sabz share plate which was pretty much all the vegan grilled veges with bread .. the tahini was amazing .
Also had the tea for one with all the vegan sweets .. amazing

Pros: Most deserts are vegan , Moderate price
