Best Latin Caribbean in the Bay

I hesitated going her because the location but was beyond pleasantly surprised. The food was so so flavorful and well balanced and the portions were HUGE! The vibe was also great and a fun place to hang in the evening. Left feeling so so satisfied and will definitely go back again!
