Nice place and very pleasant proprietor

Organic felafels very good in wholemeal pitta bread made on the premises. Pakoras also good. Chilli sauce is freshly made, vegan and without sugar. Confirmed that other sauces are not vegan. Can pay with card.

Pros: Made while you wait, Nice atmosphere, Speaks English & very pleasant people

Super healthy and tasty

Nice atmosphere, authentic food, organic, fresh vegetables, and all whole-food (they even have home-made whole spelt pitas!). I loved it.
I don’t give them 5 stars because the sauces of the pakora were all with animal-milk yogurt but the spicy one. I hope they veganize them soon (please).

Pros: Organic whole-food cuisine, Healthy and tasty, Nice place and atmosphere

Cons: Use of animal-milk yogurt in sauces

Okay pitas

Fine for a quick meal if one is in the neighbourhood anyway. It's nice that the pita is homemade and other things are fresh. On the downside, as a vegan you really only have the spicy dressing to choose, which makes it a bit dry unless you pay extra for hummus or babaganoush.

love this place!

Food is simple and very very good. I love the place, everything is home made with organic ingredients. The pita falafel and the desserts are exceptional.

Expensive

They make fresh pitas with wholegrain bread (big plus) but the portions.are small and quite expensive in my opinion. Still a good spot in case you need something quick.

Pros: Fresh,friendly staff, great location

Cons: Expensive, a bit bland, small portions

interresting

Quite unique in Brussels; It's a nice option if you plan a night out on Trendy "Parvis de Saint Gilles"
The interior is cosy (...they are famous for their antique tiles on the floor!)
The food is genuine as well, home made and filling.

Pros: the tiles!, 100% home made, nice trendy neighbourhood

Cons: a bit repetitive if you go there often, you might have to explain the word "vegan"

Friendly place, not so tasty

Hummus and Tahini taste rather flat, not very yummy.
Aubergine Pakora is good.
Not many options.
Staff is very friendly!

Pros: located next to a lively sqare of Brussels. outdoo

Falafels, pakoras, hummus

Not much choices on the menu: as the name of this snack states: "Falafels and Pakoras". I had one pita with hummus, 4 falafels and salad for 6.80 euros. Which is more expensive than in your usual neigborhood snack.
The falafels where quite good but not to die for, the (homemade) hummus was delicious as well as the babaganoush. The pita bread was also good and probably fresh (way better than the packaged ones!).
It is a small, quiet little snack place, perfect for a quick bite between two beers on the "parvis de Saint Gilles".
Update June 16: tried again but it was not as tasty as in my memory, quite bland to be honest even though the hummus was good, the sandwich as a whole (bread+vegetables+falafels) was very disapponting.

Pros: Quiet atmosphere, Terrace

Cons: Expensive for what it is

Very good homemade food

Everything this snack has to offer is homemade (including pita bread) and the great taste reflects this.
There isn't a lot of choice and the portions could be bigger, but the quality of the food compensates this nicely.

Pros: Homemade food, Relaxed venue and atmosphere

Cons: Not a lot of choice, Portions could be bigger

Overprized and not so yummy

Once again I had the impression that people think that being vegan means being on a diet:
I took the menu which should price wise have been the biggest dish (11 Euros). Got 2 falafel, 2 Pakora, 1 spoon of humus, 1 spoon of tahini and 1 spoon of baba ganoush and a bit of salat and a pita. None of it was especially tasty - humus and tahini tasted almost the same, baba ganoush did not taste like anything. Only the falafel were yummy.
Overall: completely over prized for what you get! There are way better options such as Mr Falafel where you get a pita that you can fill yourself with loads of stuff and get salad as well for almost half the prize

Pros: organic, vegan options

Cons: small portions, expensive, no vegan sauces
