Yummy vegan version of Korean classics - Edit
I was excited to try the vegan options at this restaurant and I was not disappointed! I ordered the soy meat with soy sauce and the deonjeong stew. The chef was very friendly and told me what to order when I said “vegan”. My favorite was the vegan galbiiy was so tender and flavorful. The deonjeong stew was good but when you added the extra paste that’s provided, the food is taken to the next level! There is plenty of side dishes including fried potatoes, tofu, and laver leaves. I was stuffed with the two dishes I ordered and very satisfied. I loved my meal and would definitely come back here! It’s amazing if you’re vegan but want to try classic Korean food without the dreaded fish paste or pork broth.
