Thai cuisine is generally a good place to go for vegans. The usual dishes are also available here at chaang noi.
Read moreUnfortunately, that's all. No attention is paid to vegan variations. No clever spotlighting of a particular vegetable flavor. No special ways of preparing tofu. What they offer seems to be just an easy menu addition, because they can take their existing dishes, leave out the meat or replace it with tofu, and call it vegan.
But at least they label properly and the main courses taste good. The portions could be a little bigger.
Pros: ambience in the vaulted cellar, friendly staff

I had the vegan papaya salad and the vegan green curry. It was very tasty and the vegan food is clearly marked. They know all about vegan food and the staff is very friendly.

Alle grün markierten Gerichte können vegan zubereitet werden, und das sind sehr viele! Sehr nettes Ambiente und der Service ist flott unterwegs.

Everything that is marked green on the menue can be veganised, which gives you a great variety of food to choose from. I had summer rolls and rice noodles, which were both great. Also the staff was super friendly and the location is beautiful. Make sure to bring cash, as they don't accept card payment.

The food is good but nothing out of the ordinary, standard Thai food. The location is beautiful in a cellar. On the weekend you may need to book a table. Perfect place for take away!
