First of all I have to say we had lunch here on March 19th which is father's day in Spain and also the most important day of the Fallas de Valencia, so getting a table wasn't easy at all anywhere across Valencia.
Read moreThis restaurant lists enough vegan dishes not to starve but due to the high demmand during Fallas some weren't temporarily available (the worse part was they had no vegan burgers left).
I ended up having what they were able to supply that specific day, which was good but not outstanding.
The staff weren't very accomodating either, bc I suggested I may have falafel to go with the grilled vegetables but apparently falafel is only for "esmorzaret" (10am-12pm).
Besides, the staff and the kitchen were clearly overwhelmed by the large amount of customers: we sat there for 2 hours and a half and it took them quite a lot to serve al the dishes.
So my experience in this eatery during Fallas wasn't too good but I think this may be a good place to eat if you're outside central Valencia (there aren't many restaurant in Happy Cow listed in the north-west district of Benicalap)
Pros: fairly good vegan options outside central Valencia, wondeful outdoor sitting area, vegan dishes kind of inexpensive
Cons: service was kind of a mess bc it was Fallas
