Closed winter months.

It is ok to have option like this when traveling. Everything else was close.

Nice concept but vegan food could be revised - Edit
We had the guacamole as a starter, but 10€ for a small portion which was not very tasty, served with fried dough that is not crispy anymore, was a bit disappointing from the start.
Read moreThe tacos were ok, but using sweet potato as « vegan meat » was also disappointing. The vegan cheese didn’t taste like much as well. It felt very 2010’s and it could be modernized.
Fries were too much cooked, almost burnt for some.

It is ok for pub food, but the tacos lacked flavor. Better tacod elsewhere to be found. The burger bun was cold and the fries are soggy. The burger sauces are not labelled so you have to ask. The tomatoes were unripe and lacked taste. Homemade orangina was good. Nice atmosphere, but certainly better for just drinking after eating somewhere else :)

I’m a huge fan of “full homemade” initiative, and, according to the motto, it’s what they are doing. And I’m sure they do. But, we are in 2023, and the vegan standard aren’t the same as in 2010. When it’s written “vegan cheese”, I want something that look like cheese, here it’s more like cashew okara - sort of.

So it’s a good thing to do but they need to improve!
Same for the steak, I don’t expect to find a sweet potato/corn steak in 2023, we know how to do a protein steak!
I hope they will improve they recipe, because I love the concept, staff is nice and it’s beautiful

Offered vegan entrees, tacos, burger and salads. All of them very good. They have also homemade vegan cheese and amazing homemade vegan nachos.

Have been here a couple of times for food in the last few days. Great options for vegans and veggies alike. You can easily customise your food and choose what you want/would not like. The staff are all lovely also. Would rate 5 star if Happy cow allowed me too.

Another super nice place in Biarritz, where you can find vegan tacos, you choose the ingredients for the tacos from a list.

The home made orangina was very fresh and like the real thing.
A lack of vegan dessert, I hope, they propose some kinds of vegan cookies or brownie.
I had a great time, perfect place to have a good time with friends.

The concept is strange because you basically have to construct your own dish using a list of ingredients. Personally I find this a bit lazy.... After all, that's what Chefs are there for isn't it? To come up with the combinations of flavours & textures that go well together? Anyway... the food is fresh & not bad, but there are better places to eat Tacos in Biarritz....

You can make your own taco/sallad/burger by circling ingredients on a sheet. However, the veggie meat contains cream. You can still make ie tacos with avocado and black beans. Fries are really good! I was disappointed though as I was in a burger mood...
