Excellent small vegan cafe - Edit
The food at Caked Coffee was delicious and the people are friendly and pleasant.
Read moreI got the Tandoori Tofu Flatbread and the Biscoff Cupcake. The cupcake was solid, but the highlight for me was the flatbread. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their savoury items like the Bibi and Quesadilla.
They also have a back patio that’s great to sit & eat at when the weather is nice.
Pros: Savoury items tasted amazing, People are friendly and pleasant, Back patio area is nice

Delicious food! - Edit
Love this little cafe! I have the butter chickun wrap and a biscoff cupcake. They were both delightful and I’m excited to try out more of their menu! I find a lot of desserts to be overly sweet but their cupcake was very balanced in richness and in flavour. Would highly recommend!

A treasure on Bloor - Edit
I went to this place when it first opened and it didn't wow me. They've really come into their own. So much to choose from, even savoury items now!
Read moreThe cake jars are super fun with tons of flavours. They are the cupcake flavours that transport better. You can return the glass jars for a discount.
You can buy whole cakes and it's where I had my first WHITE forest cake. So fun!
The cinnamon buns are huge and also available with cookie butter!
The Penne Pasta has me coming back - tahini sauce, chickn', sun dried tomatoes - my gosh it's good!
There's pizza/Tandoori flatbread here now too!
Pros: Variety, Yummy, Great staff/owners

Best Coffee in Toronto!! - Edit
It's a fully vegan coffee place with amazing cupcakes and deserts. They also do really good lunches! Quesedillas, (fake) chicken wraps, scrambled tofu, etc. The coffee is amazing. Most places in toronto don't have really nice coffee buf here its proper italian, perfectly brewed barista style coffee!

I've only had the opportunity to try a takeout cake (Black Forest) from Caked but it was excellent. Will definitely be returning for more cakes and to try more of their menu!

Quesadillas are da bomb - Edit
It’s been ages since I’ve had a good quesadilla! I have no idea what they use for their mock chicken but it’s amazing. It’s a bit of a twist on a traditional quesadilla but probably the best I’ve had. A very cute spot, with more seating outside at the back!

Need a coffee and a vegan pastry? - Edit
I like the Cafe atmosphere. In nice weather the large bay window is left opened, allowing you to sit, enjoy a hot drink, and engage in some people watching. Friendly service, and wonderful original sweets.

Good food but not very enticing - Edit
We enjoyed the Bibi and Crunchy Burgers very much. Service was very slow and we were the only people there. I was mostly put off by how grubby the restaurant was—doors, walls, etc (tables okay). The patio out back lacked any decor other than the muddy pillows. I liked the food but not sure I’d go back.

Great little spot! - Edit
I decided to pop in for lunch while running errands in the west end. This was my first visit and I was blown away by the array of vegan sweets on display.
Read moreThere were four lunch items and I asked the owner for a recommendation- the bakery burger. I ordered it which was a homemade patty made from potatoes and vegetables. Though I thought it was expensive at $14.50 with no side, it was absolutely delicious! Hands down one of the best vegan burgers I have eaten as am not a fan of Beyond Burger.
I enjoyed a chai latte and a Biscotti cupcake which I devoured in no time! So moist and yummy! I enjoyed my lunch in the peaceful, lovely patio in back. Overall, a delicious lunch in a lovely setting!
Pros: entirely vegan menu, wide array of vegan sweets baked on premises, lovely patio in back

Delicious food - Edit
I have eaten a variety of what they offer for meals and sweets and so far I’ve never been disappointed. I recently tried the burger and as Cookie Monster would say “delicious, num, num, num”. My favourite though is the bibi. It has a very unique flavour that I have never tasted anywhere else. Of course the cake jars are the best and the variety of cupcakes is excellent!

Tasty Town - Edit
What a lovely family-owned bakery. We enjoyed quesadillas and a slow-roasted tofu sandwich, such delicious flavour. No picture because we devoured them in seconds. A Biscoff Chocolate/Vanilla cake followed us home and was a massive hit with the family. Best vegan cake to date. The owner was so friendly. Can’t wait to go back. Eying up the Strawberry Shortcake. Highly recommend!

Delicious comforting Vegan yums - Edit
**UPDATE** they have a lovely secret backyard patio and I didn’t know I could be more obsessed than I already was with this lovely place!!!
Read moreI am absolutely obsessed with their lemon meringue in a jar!!! They have other delicious options as well and are always experimenting with new flavours. They also have a jar return discount for the cakes in a jar.
They offer cookies and brownies and hot sandwiches which will only leave that restaurant freshly heated!
I’m terrible with names and I have to say the owner was lovely to meet and talk to. Definitely somewhere to try for those comforting vegan yums!!!
It would be dangerous if I lived closer 😝

Good but not great - Edit
Tried several desserts from here but not their savoury options. The desserts were all good but nothing special and a little dense; perhaps I should go back to try more as so many others love it. Service was very slow with only one person working behind the counter and others who work there around but not helping her despite the long line. It felt a bit strange. I would recommend the strawberry cake, that was the standout of everything we ordered.
