(lackluster) vegan options available

This is a very convenient restaurant for those who are working nearby and I am thankful that there are a few vegan options available for office catering.

That being salad - putting couscous and spinach between pieces of bread does not a sandwich make. Cous cous is a carb, bread is a carb. Vegans like protein - we are not carbatarians! Please give us options which have protein and more flavour!

Pros: Convenient, At least three vegan options

Cons: The Vegan Sandwich is very disappointing.
