Lovely drinks - Edit
The drinks are definitely the highlight here. Of the Bubita Dips, the Tomato Pesto one was easily the best, it was incredible.

Great sangria. First paella in many years - Edit
Not your basic sangria. Nice selection of styles. Mine was served in a metal goblet kind of thing. Has a sort of dry-ice bubbly cauldron mist when served.
Read moreHaven’t eaten paella since the turn of the millennium. The Vegalenciana was incredible. I love the flavors, and the rice was the perfect texture.
Some light rain and cold breeze came through while I was there, and the warm paella was comforting.
Cost was a little on the pricey side, compared to the more affordable places I’ve been going to lately, but not terrible.
Would recommend. Would eat there again. Ate there solo, but would love to come back with a small group, so we could try the charcuterie boards.
Pros: Delicious food, Drink variety, Both indoor and outdoor seating, with WiFi
Cons: Prices a little high, not terribly so

Vegan seafood - Edit
The place has a nice and original vibe, and they serve vegan paella with plant-based shrimp. It was delicious, although a bit pricey—but definitely worth a visit!

Favorite Meal in Barcelona - Edit
We stopped by here for our last meal in Barcelona and we’re so glad we did. We tried several vegan restaurants during our stay and all were great but Bubita really went above and beyond. We ordered a couple of their cocktails along with the Beach Vibes board. Presentation for everything was gorgeous. We loved that we got to sample so many different foods and flavors. Staff was also very helpful and friendly and it was so cute inside. If we have the opportunity to visit Barcelona again this will be our first stop!

We shared the platter and wow it was so good (apart from some odd mushroom dish which we both left). Sangria was lovely too!

Must visit - great drinks/food - Edit
Had tapas here today and a few drinks. The lemon aid if fantastic. We liked the Strawberry and Basil more than the watermelon one me. The Rita had a good kick of tequila and a nice spicy kick in the rim of the glass. All delicious. We weren’t hungry enough for this place and only had the hummus, very delicious. Only drawback was they used normal sliced bread for dipping. The mushrooms on top of it were to die for. Need to go back for their bigger plates, a bit speedy but they looked soooo good!

Cons: Sliced toast for hummus not classy enough for them, A bit more expensive it seemed.

Disappointed - Edit
Kinda disappointed, especially after reading the good reviews here. We had the gnocchi, the marisko paella and the Jessika drink. The ‘seafood’ didn’t taste like anything and the paella itself was bland. The drink was nothing special. Only the gnocchi were good (but still the portion was kinda small).

Fast and friendly service - Edit
Came here with my husband and got the “chicken” paella. It was yummy, but my husband who is cultured in paellas, said there wasn’t enough of a crusty bottom. We enjoyed the chicken alternative. Very yummy overall.

Underwhelming! What a shame. - Edit
Craved a paella, who doesn't when they go to Spain. Had seen they do a few vegan ones, so eventually ended up there one night. Sangria also seems to be their speciality, so knew we'd try a few. Was excited since everything is vegan. Too good to be true, right? Well, it was. Paella wasn't really a paella at all. Tasted pretty cheap and just not given the proper time or technique. Opted for the 'Marisco', with the novelty of fake prawns on top. Once that novelty wore off... well, it's just dyed, rubbery pea protein, isn't it. The rest of the dish itself had an unexciting texture and quite dull flavours. Didn't feel or taste 'authentic' - 0 soccarat in sight. I've made better at home, as a complete novice, not a brag. Baked gnocchi was topped with a fat dollop of tapenade, which seems like a mistake as it's a big imbalance flavour wise and ended up feeling like the wrong pairing. The gnocchi itself was dry and probably could have used a better sauce, even a drizzle of olive oil or something. The mushroom croquettes were more just a little deep fried ball of paste, which had an alright flavour but weird texture. Sangria drinks seemed exciting but actually felt poorly balanced and weren't mixed very well. Server was also a bit disoriented and distracted, probably their first week or something. Made it a fairly crap dinner. Wouldn't go back. I'd adjust your expectations for a place with such a high rating. As much as it's nice going somewhere totally plant-based, you might want to try a 'normal' place with vegan options available for a better time. Also it's just my taste but the art on the walls was a tad cringe and cheesy. To each their own.

3.5 - good but not amazing - Edit
Shared a tapas board and a paella with 2 friends as well as having a different lemonade each. All tasty but noting really stood out as really brilliant. The mushroom croquettes were my favorite and the paella was tasty. But from the reviews I was expecting a [censored] explosion of flavour.

Great drinks and tapas - Edit
We had the seafood tapas platter and enjoyed every element: calamari, shrimp, dipping sauces, stuffed peppers, potatoes, greens, olives, fruit. Add to that some tasty cocktails…👨🍳 💋! Will be going back to try the other tapas.

The look of this place is just so cool, the decor is great and the Vibe immaculate, especially for more alternative folks. The service Was great, the waitress was super nice and the food came surprisingly quick, despite there being quite a few customers.
