I got the watermelon strawberry twist and the mango Pinapple twist. Menu is clearly marked which whips have dairy. Price is steep for the size.

Centrally located in the Kona Inn shopping village, within walking distance to several other restaurants, so perfect place to come for a nice dessert after a meal, or just to get a snack while checking out the tourist shops. Can also walk out to enjoy along the waterfront via a nearby corridor. Several flavor options of Dole whip available, clearly labeled as vegan/dairy-free. Flavors can also be swirled together. Prices are reasonable. Service is quick and friendly (seems to be a family-owned business).
