Milk alternatives, otherwise not vegan friendly - Edit
They had several milk alternatives, but I had to use Google translate to order with soy milk. The matcha was very sweet.
Read moreNothing was labeled vegan and at first the salesperson did not know about any vegan options. Then she researched it and some of the plain bread options were vegan.
Pros: Plant based milk
Cons: Not labeled vegan, Staff wasn't knowledgeable about vegan options

Wonderful Bread! - Edit
I was intrigued when I saw this listing added to HC because this place is right across from an acupuncture clinic I visit weekly. I’m not much of a bread eater. Not that I don’t love it, it’s that I love it too much and once I have it, it’s all I want, so I’ve never bothered to check Brot Art out. Well, let me just say, if you want real European style bread, this is definitely your place!
Read moreOnly two breads were actually labeled vegan, but upon inquiry, most all of the regular style loaves and baguettes are vegan. As bread should be! However, the pretzels contain butter as do all the cakes and cookies. But they do have almond milk for drinks. So there’s that! Overall, this shop exceeded my expectations and anytime I need bread, this is where I will get it!
