All vegan!

So lovely to have a vegan bakery in the city!

They offer samples for many of their breads and treats which I gladly tried
The texture is almost always funky, but pleasant. I'm not used to anything gluten-free. The bread I bought was a bit chewy and very dense. Did it rise properly? Tasted a bit like olive oil. Can't say I love it but it's ok.
Some sweets were nice. The almond biscuits were delicate and crunchy like a tuile. Super well baked.
I also enjoyed the chocolate biscuits.
The sugar-free cakes had an unpleasant after-taste, but I like the texture.
The brigadeiros were terrible. Too soft. Had that soapy rancid coconut oil flavour. The demerara had to much presence. Usually chocolate is very dominating.. if you make a chocolate dessert that has the chocolate fighting for its pesence, that's a bad sign.

Mandatory remark about how the food is expensive. Either that or I'm too poor.

Not sure if I'd come back but the biscuits are worth it. I wish them success regardless!
