Very tasty vegan options - Edit
There are only three vegan options; salad, Flammkuchen and gnocchi. We had the latter two and it was very tasty.

Few but excellent vegan options - Edit
Was there for a wedding function and they served the vegan "Flammkuchen" as a light bite, a vegan antipasti plate (not on the regular menu) and gnocchi with a spicy tomato sauce and mushrooms. As dessert they served a strawberry sorbet but I didn't try it.
