Shift Leader Josh is EXTREMELY unprofessional - Edit
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience at your establishment. As a frequent customer, I have always appreciated the service and quality of food; however, my encounter with Shift Leader Josh and Associate Cristino was extremely unprofessional and frustrating.
Read moreYour website clearly states that the kitchen closes at 10 PM. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to place an order, only to arrive and be informed that the kitchen had closed 15 minutes early. When I politely suggested that the website should be updated to reflect this change—given the inconvenience it caused—Josh responded with an inappropriate level of condescension. He shook his head dismissively and stated that he could close the kitchen whenever he felt like it.
In an attempt to escalate my concerns, I requested to speak with a manager. Josh, however, refused to provide any information regarding when a manager would be available. Instead, he told me I could “just come back and see for myself,” dismissing my concerns entirely. His lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service were unacceptable. When I turned to Cristino for assistance, he similarly refused to provide any information, stating that they were “not allowed” to disclose when a manager would be available.
This experience left me feeling completely disregarded as a customer. The attitude and behavior of both individuals—especially someone in a leadership role—were unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable. Given this experience, I am deeply disappointed and uncertain if I will return to your establishment in the future. I hope this matter is addressed, as no customer should be treated with such disregard and lack of respect.

Staff was super friendly. Several amazing sounding vegan options. I had the sweet potato, black bean tamale and it was out of this world and the outdoor patio has a lovely, relaxing feel.

Eclectic place that fits in well with it’s Montrose surroundings - part restaurant, part coffee shop and part bar. It’s an order at the counter kind of shop with two outdoor spaces…one small patio near the street and another large area out back with plenty of seating. It also has indoor seating which is also very nice. Dogs are also welcome in the outside areas which I love. Comfort styled food with some vegan options. It’s probably easier to make items vegetarian here versus completely animal free.

Hardly any vegan options and rude staff - Edit
I thought it would be more of a coffee-shop like atmosphere, so I settled down to do work on my laptop at one of the (many) empty tables after ordering a drink. 30 minutes later, the manager came over and essentially asked me to buy food or leave. I would understand if it was a restaurant or particularly busy, but I was almost the only person there and there were almost no food options for me.

New Chef took vegan items off the menu - Edit
used to be a decent place to get vegan options, had some really interesting & tasty dishes but they hired a new head chef and he de-veganized the menu... Sad to see.
