My absolute favourite restaurant - Edit
Without a doubt, Bonsai Plant Kitchen is my favourite place to eat in Brighton. The menu is super original, the food INCREDIBLY tasty, and the staff super friendly.

Great Japanese tapas. Everything prepared to perfection. The daily special of Dirty Rice was fantastic: hope they make it a regular item. Nice range of menu options too, including delicious cocktails. Would love to see their take on sushi!

The food was incredible, the tofu skewers were one of the best tofu I have ever tasted. Also incredible cauliflower bites. The dessert of deep fried bao with butterscotch sauce was out of this world. Fun drinks, nice decor, lovely staff

We came here for my birthday, after finding it on this app. It was incredible! Every dish that came we had to let everyone on the table try because it was so yummy. Cool vibe and lovely staff. Highly recommend!

This is a great new place, book ahead to avoid disappointment! Japanese style “tapas” as in small dishes, order lots of different ones and share. The cocktails are delicious as well. The food was great, and okay value for money. Lots of different flavours and options, but not for the whole food type vegan. Would go back!
