the ppl working there were nice! i went in on a monday afternoon so maybe the selection was more limited than usual. the fridge had small sides for $10 and a couple salads for $17, but perhaps better for snacks. i got a side of chickpea salad that was a-ok!

Unlike a typical health food store, like Whole Foods, don't expect to do your weekly shopping in this tiny store. Also unlike a typical health food store like Whole Foods, the healthy food is not mixed in with a lot of meat/non-vegan/unhealthy items. In the small fridge inside this store, there are things like healthy salads and juices made specially for this market. I got a salad and tempeh "meatballs"--a bit pricey, but very filling and healthy as well.

There isn't much of a selection here and most of it can be found in other stores too. I'm honestly not sure how this place stays in business. I did get a couple protein bars I hadn't seen before that were okay. If you're in the area and want some packaged vegan junk food, swing by, but it's not worth a trip out of your way.
