Delicious food, great service - Edit
I had the veggie bowl twice and avocado toast with kimchi. Both were flavorful. My cappuccino with oat milk was lovely. We ate at the Black and White 3 times during our time in Lagos. Highly recommend. There can be line ups because it is so popular. We managed to get seated promptly each time. Friendly and efficient wait staff.

Too cool for you - Edit
After waiting for maybe 5-10 minutes I got a place between two laptops at the window. My porridge bowl was okay (bit sour for my tasting) but the coffee was great. Service was okay but vibes were "hip and too cool for you coworking space". 3/5 for the food, 0/5 for everything else.

White utilitarian interior with tables & chairs, window ledge table, alcove seat with cushions. The interior has been done a million times before but stands out in the earthy chilled seaside town of Lagos.
Read moreMainly targeting meat & dairy eating coffee drinkers there are some token vegan 🌱 options. The chefs appear to know what they are doing and our “roast veg bowl” was nicely put together.
The vegan cakes were ok and the coffee was good.

Maybe the nicest oat flat white I've had, it was delicious! I also had the vegan banana bread which was so tasty and served warm 🤤
Read moreCame here just for a coffee, but there were several vegan food options clearly marked on the menu. Two vegan cakes available (banana bread and carrot), and several different milks available too. We had to queue, just to order a takeaway as it was full, clearly very popular and once I tasted my coffee I understood why!

Nice vibe place with mostly health options. Tried the green juice and its very good.
