Delicious Vegetarian Banana Leaf Rice! 😍 - Edit
The banana leaf rice was so tasty! I love that they served rice set together with desert (kesari) too. The parboiled / Indian rice was served last to ensure it is still hot by the time we're ready to dig in.

I also love how all of the curry (I opted for vege fish curry), dhal, vege chicken varuval (additional side dish) and all of the veges that were served together with the banana leaf rice set tasted well-balanced - not too spicy, but just the right amount of yumms in spices! ❤️
The yogurt (thairu) was also home-made by them and tasted fresh and smooth too. Complements the vege fish curry so well.
The owners of the restaurant are very warm and hospitable. Staff are from India, very polite and fast in service too. Will definitely be back to eat here again! 😄❤️

Trust Me...Get The Buffet. - Edit
There were a couple of problems when we were there. First, we could not order any of the breads until after the buffet time was finished due to it being too busy (they said after 3pm so bear this in mind). Second, drinks and ordered menu items took quite a long time to cook and arrive (it is busy during the buffet time so it is understandable). Having said that, getting the buffet (12pm-3pm) is the way to go. Decent selection and there's some effort gone into their curry sauces. Some decent spicing for sure. Worth trying for the chutneys alone.

Nice and tasty - Edit
We gathered for our family dinner. 15 pax. Our first visit to this restaurant. Decent range of items to choose from their menu. Service was good. Delivery of our orders was prompt. Food is decently tasty. We ordered many items from their menu. Almost all of the orders were well made except for clay pot dishes which we thought could be improved. Ambiance is nice for the class of restaurant. Price is reasonable compared to many of the vegetarian shops.

Disappointing - Edit
The vegan chicken in the nasi lemak was too spicy. The nasi lemak came with 2 slices of cucumbers and a tiny portion of fried mushrooms (to mimik anchovies). 5/10 for nasi lemak.
Read moreDisappointingly, both the mutton and chicken satay were overcooked (overfried). They were so crispy - nothing like authentic satay. Unfortunately, there wasn't a hint of peanut in the satay sauce. Typically, satay sauce is made of peanuts - at least, that's the case with authentic ones. The satay sauce for both the chicken and mutton satay were too spicy. 2/10 for satay.
The mutton murtabak was ok. I'll rate it 6/10.
We ordered two veges for takeaway - kangkong and baby kailan. Kangkong was made but instead of kailan, they made bok choy instead.
There are much better places in SJ / PJ catering to vegans/vegetarians, so I won't be back.
