Favourite noodle shop

I love this place, especially the Elizabeth St shop. I always get the Biang Biang noodles topped with chilli oil. It’s a 10/10 knock out for me. The best Biang Biang noodles I’ve found in Melbourne. Love it when the bean sprouts sit in the liquid in the bottom of the bowl and get really soft. You can see the staff making the noodles fresh at the front of both shops.

I’ve had the tomato and eggplant noodle dish once and was extremely disappointed in that one. It just doesn’t have the flavour the chilli oil one does. I never deviate now and I recommend the other dish if you love big flavour like me. I saw someone else’s review saying they love it though so up to you and what you like.

Pros: Fat fresh chewy noodles, Great flavour (Biang Biang topped w/ chilli oil), Bean sprouts (usually don’t like them)

Cons: Tomato eggplant dish

My guilty pleasure

Nothing makes me happier than fresh pulled noodles for cheap. This is absolutely delicious, I’m so glad it’s not closer otherwise I’d be eating it all the time

Cons: Need more vegan options!

Bianging Noodles

Super delicious, vegetarian options clearly marked, ask for vegan. I had the Biang Biang noodles with eggplant and tomato and it was next level! Nothing like fresh noodles, and the flavour was rich, not spicy so add your own chilli for this one if you need. Cute little tables, to eat in for a friendly casual vibe with fast service.

Pros: Those fresh noodles, Vegetarian clearly marked, Did I I mention the noodles

Cons: Vegan not marked but you can ask
