Love it

I heard a rumor this is coming to Seattle soon, I really hope it's true. This was my first stop on a recent trip to Portland, I was a little disappointed to still have to eat outside, but other than that it was one of the best places I visited on my trip. This may be my first ever visit to a Jewish deli, as a general rule they tend to not be the most vegan friendly places. This made me extra excited to be able to try a 100% vegan one. I spent way too much money, but there was so much I wanted to try.

I opted for the rueben, potato latkes, a kosher dill, a half sour pickle and a matzo ball soup. It was way too much to eat, but all delicious. I loved both pickles, if I lived nearby I would probably stop in often just to have these as a snack. The potato latkes came with sour cream and apple sauce, I don't actually know how you are supposed to eat them, but this made it extra fun. The matzo ball soup was huge, and kept me warm while having to eat outside. It also tasted great for breakfast the next day. If I lived near here I would totally eat my way thru the entire menu. This will certainly become a regular stop off on my trips to Portland if the Seattle location does not materialize. My non veg partner enjoyed his sandwich as well, but I can't remember which one he tried.

Incredible BEC, and I'm from NY

Title says a lot. My boyfriend got a sandwich with turkey and said it wasn't super flavorful. But overall, we went back multiple times because it was so good. The black and whites here are amazing, not too lemony like they can be

Pros: Fully vegan menu with lots of options , Delicious BEC, Great black and white cookies

Best lox I’ve had

All the other carrot lox I’ve tried I haven’t really been a fan of but these are Delicious. Friendly staff, quick service on a Sunday morning.

Yum!!

Loved this place!!! I woke up and was like I want a bagel with vegan cream cheese and I was looking around and then stumbled upon this deli, which was actually on my list to check out at some point. I got the lox cream cheese on a sesame bagel and it was delicious! I also decided to get a deli sandwich since I was heading out for a hike for the day. I got the bennys brisket (upon recommendation from the cashier when I was so indecisive) and it was honestly so good!! I can't wait to try their other sandwiches. A bit pricey I thought at first but the sandwich was bulked up and very filling!

Pros: delicious, vegan bagels, spreads and deli sandwiches, friendly service

Cons: a bit pricey (decent portions though)

Love it

I love how this place has a normal Jewish deli menu but it’s all vegan. They have stuff like knishes, kugel, corned beef, and matzo ball soup lol. The bagels are good but not the best in the city. They do have a ton of cream cheese flavors like a normal bagel shop. I do love their bagel sandwiches and vegan lox.

Pros: All vegan Jewish deli, amazing idea

Cons: Black & white cookie needs help :(

Bagel love

I’ve tried their lox and bacon egg cheese bagel sandwiches and both make an excellent breakfast. I believe they use Just Egg. Cheese was nice and melty. Bacon was delicious and is local. I look forward to trying more from their menu.
