Small, Moroccan-Mediterranean inspired restaurant, with bistro/street food concept, located in the heart of Palma. Uses local ingredients only. Everything is fresh and housemade daily, from sauces to breads. The menu is mostly vegan except two options where honey/cheese can be added. Open Mon-Wed 10:30-19:00, Thu-Fri 10:30-21:00. Closed Sat-Sun during summer.

Beldi's recent opening is happy news to me, as it enriches Palma's gastronomy with fine Moroccan cuisine. Most of their offer is plant based, including gluten free options as well. The mezze combo was great in flavours and textures and I also loved the accompanying flatbread, which is already outstanding on its own - so no wonder they joke on their menu that you have to be crazy, if you don't try one of their sweet options with it. Very delicious homemade drinks, too, like infused water with hibiscus, ginger, mint and elderflowers or the rich chai, whose spices blended nicely together. Into the bargain, the owner is joyous and attentive. Definitely a place to put on repeat.
