Fresh & tasty falafel

Navigating a vegan meal at Beirut Restaurant was a culinary scavenger hunt, but worth it. Although I had to ask a few questions and make a couple of tweaks, I’m glad I did.

The falafel is shaped like a wheel instead of the classic ball, a neat twist on tradition that made the fresh & tasty falafel also fun to eat. The Tabouli Salad was an enticing mix of flavors, although so vibrant I couldn’t finish it all in one go.

Beirut Restaurant has been a beloved eatery for over 40 years. Recently, they moved to Rosemount from West St. Paul and transitioned from a sit-down dining experience to a fast-casual counter service, takeout, and catering model. It’s great to see the legacy alive and thriving in Rosemount!

VEGAN & VEGANIZABLE MENU ITEMS
Currently, the menu doesn't have vegan labels. However, the staff is happy to help with any questions or modifications.

Don't forget to ask if the pita bread is vegan, as I received mixed answers. According to the owner, the rice is *not* vegan.
