Excellent Vegan Coffee Snacks - Edit
We stopped in specifically to try the savory hand pies but they were sold out. However! They offered to make a new batch right then of we were willing to wait! Of course we were! We ordered coffees and sat around chatting in the very very airy, clean dining area.
Read moreThey brought out 4 hand pies and asked us how many we wanted, all of them thanks! We ate 1 each and took the rest to go. They were delightful! still slightly warm from the oven, crumbly pastry and nice savory filling. Don't get me wrong, the cookies looked great, but I will always choose a savory snack if i see one.
The coffee was excellent too. We decided to get 2nd cups just because we were enjoying our conversation so much. This will be a guaranteed stop every time I am in CDA. I might even try a cookie next time!

We found this by accident and tried 3 different vegan cookies. They also have a vegan savory pie. Great staff, lots of seating, warm welcoming atmosphere. We’ll go back.

Buffalo Chikin pie - Edit
Great place for a quick savory bite or a cookie. They have discontinued the Chikin pot pie and added the Buffalo Chikin pie. The Buffalo Chikin pie is tangy spicy with a good amount of heat. They use jackfruit instead of a soy product. Very satisfying. Their pie pastry is so good.

I had the matcha latte with oat milk, the vegan “chicken” (tofu) savory hand pie, and all 4 vegan cookies they offered (chocolate chip, gf confetti, gf snickerdoodle, gf s’mores). Everything was delicious and the service was outstanding! Great atmosphere too!
