Good eats near the beach - Edit
Lots of great choices with indoor and outdoor seating; though a bit limited. Unfortunately this place is closing; the owner sold along with his other place; Judahlicious. Sorry to see another great vegan spot close. Enjoyed the French Toast Sticks, Cheezen, Rainbow salad, and a lemonade matcha tea.

Ordered the Tofu Scramble with vegan sausage and fruit, devoured it all! Got crazy and ordered the half-order of the French toast sticks, but had them to go. Still tasty cold. WOW!
PS, parking may be tricky - so recommend taking muni or going early to find residential parking like I did! Enjoy!!!!

Cons: Spendy (SF pricing) but worth it imo, Parking can be gnarly - I got super lucky girl

Delicious Hashcakes! - Edit
The hashcakes were amazing, so crispy yet greasy & delicious! Loves the mushrooms and onions on top. My only qualm was that I ordered the $16 “Caezar” salad and it was the most disappointing salad I’ve ever had. Dressing was not very Caesar-tasting, it had no vegan parmesan or croutons, just a few diced tomatoes? Very disappointing. My friend got the French toast sticks, they were amazing! Perfect dessert. Easy to find street parking here, but not very many seats. Take it to go & enjoy on the beach! Staff was very nice.

Had breakfast here on March 7th, 2025. I had the tofu scramble with hash cakes and it was delicious. I like that it was served with fruit and avocado on the side. The plate was beautiful. The hash cakes were hot and crispy. You should know that the tofu scramble is a little wet, like it has a cashew gravy in it.

this place is probably the best vegan breakfast i have ever had in my entire 24 years of existence. A vegan brunch with the girlies on a sunday hit so different - the atmosphere is such a vibe and the food is INCREDIBLE!!
Read moreOrder and pay at the front. There isn’t much seating so either take it to go at the beach down the street or wait it out for a table if you have any luck. Will 100000000% be back, I loved seeing how busy the place was and everyone that chose to eat a plant based breakfast that day😄 Also an AMAZING location, two min walk to the beach after!!
Ps- the cheese sauce on the hash cakes was phenomenal

Great breakfast/lunch spot just one block from the beach/two blocks from GG Park. It’s a pretty small menu but you can’t go wrong. I’m a big fan of the breakfast burrito and the hash cakes—getting them smothered in mushroom sauce is a great way to go. The salads are great too—oh and the Brussels sprouts!

Got the cheezey hashcakes (my favorite!), husband loved the French toast sticks, spicy, but good buffalo Mac and cheese. Salted caramel latte w/ oat milk was delish. Nice employees.

They have everything you could possibly want for breakfast in California. Burritos, French Toast, and Hash Cakes! Also hot chocolates with a mountain of whipped cream for one of those days.

We loved our meals!! So good and gigantic - the meal held us over for our hike at Muir Woods and even as a snack and dinner! We had the breakfast burrito, the crunch wrap and the buffalo macaroni and cheese!

Delicious food. I had the Crunchwrap and the hash with avocado and tomato. Once I started eating the Crunchwrap I got lost in the flavors! I added the sauce it was even better! The hash was tasty too and super crispy. I took my food to go and ate it at the beach. This is a regular spot for me.

Been back multiple times. My fav is still the Crunchwrap but the breakfast burrito with sausage and the French toast are both my next favorites. The bacon is delicious too! Can’t forget about the Mac and cheese. You can put a chicken patty on top too.

Loved the atmosphere, the staff was awesome too! Had a tofu scramble burrito with a side salad and potato cakes with guacamole. Everything was plated beautifully and tased amazing. The lemon cookies and chocolate chip walnut cookies are to die for. Will go back 10/10

Read moreBut the food was great! I got the tofu burrito and it was great! I mean it was stuffed with tofu and I really enjoy larger portions of tofu.
I added the bacon and it added a nice little crunch and I wish there was more hash as the hash browns were tasty. Nice cheesy flavor and I enjoyed the side salad. It was dressed very well and it was nice to have some fresh greens to go with the burrito.
Would like to come back and try the smothered hash as I really enjoyed the hash brown.

I have been here several times and I always get the same thing because it's really good. My personal favorite is the breakfast burrito with sausage. It's big, flavorful, and hearty which checks a lot of boxes when you are hungry or hangry. Maybe one day I'll try something new but if it isn't broken why fix it?

BEST Vegan Brunch anywhere in San Francisco - Edit
Although this place is all the way out in Sunset, they hands down have the best breakfast and brunch food anywhere in SF. Try the breakfast burrito, hashcakes, French toast, or any of the baked goods like biscuits, muffins, and cookies. The coffee drinks are divine, especially the salted caramel latte. They’re dog friendly too!

I had the tofu scramble with an extra side of bacon. Portion size was good, and overall I enjoyed it. The tofu scramble itself was a bit weird, both taste and texture. I don't know if it was a bit too much nooch (didn't think that was possible!). The bacon was cold when I got it, but otherwise everything was really good.

Beach’n is way out there in SF, and has limited hours (only breakfast and lunch), so it’s been of an effort (for me) to get to. But it’s worth it! The food is american/comfort style and all delicious. Plus, breakfast is served all day (well, at least until the close.) Bonus: be lucky enough to get a fog free day in the Sunset and enjoy your food in the seats outside.

Loved the hashcakes! They are my fave! This is a great spot to go to for a quick bite. The food is hit or miss with the salt. At times the food was overly salted and other times, the food was just seasoned perfectly! I love how they also have different types of coffee, kombucha, and beer on tap. I wished they offered more baked goods in the case.
