Seasonal menu available in addition to their regular menu. Service and presentation are great - and best of all, the food is wonderful. Good choice for a special night out.

They are almost completely vegan - I believe the only animal ingredient used is honey in a few of their drinks, which they are ready and eager to swap for an alternative.
Read moreThe menu is consice, but everything is very thoughtful and refined, including nice seasonal specialties - I would say this is slightly more elevated dining, and this is reflected in the price, but it is well worth it. My partner and I go here for special occasions and I've liked everything I've tried over the years.
One complaint though, is the tight dining quarters - each table is closely placed to the next, so be prepared to overhear lots of conversation (and vice-versa).

Great all vegan dinner out in Victoria - Edit
A nice sit down restaurant with great ambience for a date or nice dinner out. Relatively small menu with a mix of healthier veggie options and bowls, burger, quesadilla. I ordered the quesadilla with roasted potatoes and enjoyed it, the house ketchup was so good. We had the nori rolls to start and I think they were my favourite dish we got. I’ve also gotten the Mac and cheese before and it was a nice warming meal. I enjoyed the hot drinks and elixirs, I got a mushroom infused chai and my husband got a ginger drink that was really good. Should mention that they do serve honey so if you don’t eat that then watch for it in the drinks.

Probably the best food we had in Victoria. The Quesedilla was superb, exquisitely flavored without the cheese sauce being overwhelming. The potato soup that came with it needed more seasoning.
Read moreThe burger patty made of sunflower seeds was also amazing, and the burger itself had so much sauce leaking out of it. The roast potatoes were exceptional, perfectly brown in the center.
The Bon-Boocha was superb too. We tried the Wellness Toddy, substituting maple syrup for honey, but that ended up rather flavorless

Had a really nice meal here the night before Canadian Thanksgiving. I got the quesadilla, which was more like tacos than a quesadilla but still delicious. And for dessert I had a slice of vegan pumpkin cheesecake.

The food here is incredible. Super high quality and creative options. I had the quesadilla, which was MASSIVE, the nori rolls (app), and my partner had the rising Sun bowl. I’m pretty sure the food is 100% vegan, they just need to stop using honey in the drinks so the entire restaurant can be vegan!

I ate lunch here with a friend; his meal, the Rising Sun Bowl, looked amazing and had lots of variety, and he kept going on and on about how great it was.

I wish there were more gluten-free options. There is very little to choose from if you have allergies.
The service was pretty good, although a bit slow, and the room is interesting to sit in. I would go back if they added more GF options.

The restaurant was buzzing when we arrived - always a good sign, particularly having walked past a number of establishments which were virtually empty.

The rose we had from the specials menu was superb - one of the best I've tasted, and was a local wine.
