The restaurant staff person was so dishonest and mysterious about how they prepare the food (from scratch). When I asked about other places with vegan options they said they're the only one, the food was too bland for my taste. Now you lost a customer and I’m definitely going to try another non existing places next time instead of this.

Hello so sorry for your disappointment, but we do not remember when you visit us as we have a lots of people coming, about sharing the recipes we do share all our recipes with our clients live on our Facebook page https://fb.watch/gbZPFs-uK0/ and we don't hide any recipe. About other vegan 100% places we always mentioned that this is the first Vegan restaurant in Jordan 100% and we do have many places with vegan options. Best vegan food in Jordan - Edit
Yesterday was such an amazing experience having my lunch with some vegan friends in this cozy place! The food was amazing we had the vegan meatballs with green beans and the vegan shawarma ,they do everything from scratch and the vegan mayonnaise was the best one I ever tried! Sara and her brother are activists and from their income are helping from the past 4 years the stray cats in the area! CAN'T WAIT TO BE BACK!

Amazing vegan food at a vegan Romanian Italian restaurant - Edit
Loved the fully vegan options - we had the vegan zinger : note that the portions are massive so better to share a plate with a friend! We also had the chocolate cake which was very decadent. Owners are lovely and welcoming - would definitely come back if we had more time!

I had a lovely lunch today at this vegan restaurant. It was the first vegan restaurant in Jordan. I had the schwarma which was huge I had to take half home. I also had the strawberry milkshake and was gifted with a complimentary chocolate banana dish which was very nice. The owner Sara is extremely kind and very passionate about helping the animals in Jordan. She does a lot of important and appreciated work. It was a lovely visit and I recommend to anyone in Amman. You mush stop by!

I don’t review often enough on HappyCow, however of you are in Jordan you must visit this amazing restaurant and meet Sara. Not only a very talented chef but also passionate about animal welfare and the environment. You visit Sara you are not only going for a meal but also contributing to a good cause and a percentage of her profits goes towards good causes in Amman!

In this totally vegan, plastic- and sugarfree restaurant you can try delicious local and international food. The interior is very cool, creative and made with love. You can also sit outside and enjoy the artistic oriental flair in this beautiful street close to the famous Rainbow str. The owner is very nice and friendly and her multikulti background literally flows in the culinary variety of her restaurant😄The portions are that big that I was not able to finish my shawarma. And I love the environmentally and animal friendly concept they have. You can even buy sun dried tomatoes and traditional local cheese (vegan variant) in homemade olive oil. Highly recommend this place!

2. The shawarma wrap was fine but was too much soya for us. It also had minimal spices.
Well being an Indian, we like flavours and spices in food. It maybe the case that people like it a bit bland so no issues with it.
Pros: Homely feeling , Saviour for vegetarian/vegan and Indian tourists , Host sameer was very nice and friendly
Cons: Unfortunately we got very few options , They could work on more options like falafels

You should not miss this place in Amman! So hospitable, charming and delicious😄The owners care a lot about the cause of animal liberation and wellfare and help feed and spay the streetcats. The meals are enormous, so you can take some leftovers home. Great experience, highly recommend!

The only authentique vegan restaurant home made food !!!The restaurant is disegned with the hands of chef Sara so you can fell the happy vibe of thé place. The food is fresh and thé portions are really Big! I'm not vegan, neither vegetarian but I can eat Sara's food every day. Even considered to convert to vegan! Very tasty, huge portions, all is home-made, which plays crucial role. And the the atmosphere inside the restaurant is relaxing. Strictly no plastic all organic. Well recommended!!! A must in fact!

As one of the only vegan places in Jordan, I was extremely happy by the owner Sara and her delicious food. I had the tofu zinger wrap as well as a strawberry shake. She truly puts her heart and soul in her business. Can’t wait to go there again to have more delicious healthy food.

Having dinner at Bayt Sara was a fantastic experience. Right when you enter bayt Sara you immediately feel at home. The interior design is made up so thoughtful and sweet and you're sitting comfortably with your friends around the table. Sara herself is an outstanding host. She introduced us to the place and explained the menu. Fresh fruits and vegetables. We decided to share two dishes which was greatly enough for 4 people. And it was yuuuuuuuuummy!!💗

Bayt Sara is a wonderful place to visit for a relaxing time with friends. The ambience is calming, the lasagna super tasty and the service was very friendly, from the wait staff and the kitchen. Various seating options are available; couches for coffee, higher tables to enjoy a drink and regular tables to enjoy a meal. I will definitely visit again when in Amman.
