Lacking Vegetables - Edit
The stall is on the right hand corner when entering the Kopitiam on the fourth floor. It has many common dishes, more expensive than in other hawkers. The serving of fried chicken rice comes with a generous portion of rice but I would have preferred less rice and some vegetables instead. It seems that many dishes are served this way. The chicken has good flavour but lacks in texture. It's nice to get a soup on the side, which was tasty. Overall okay if you're in the area and need a quick meal.

Bao Su Xhai, Singapore - Edit
Big "Vegan food" signs above the stall front are encouraging. 12 item menu mostly of noodle or rice plus a few veggies. If in the area looking for some quick, inexpensive vegan eats, this place is worth a try. It seems to be popular, the 2 staff work hard.

Patronise this stall many times since their inception years ago. - Edit
Friendly stuff and nice options in the menu including vege chicken rice & various noodles offering. Though price has risen steadily due to inflation, food is still good.

Jajangmyeon - Edit
Takeaway dishes from 宝素斋 again! This time round, korean dish!

Searching high and low for a vegan Jajangmyeon and i’m blessed! This bowl was top-scoring for me, coated with black bean gravy after tossing, it was not only savoury but also rich! What’s best, it was neither cloying nor jelak! Portion is huge for me and I have trouble finishing it.

Ordered the colourful dumplings and i’m saddened - mine doesn’t come with the yellow ones. The colour doesn’t dictate flavours, they are just colourings, and the dumpling skin is a little too thick to my liking.
Pros: Korean dishes, Value for money, Huge portion

Good - Edit
I didn't know this stall has been replaced as it still sells soups, noodles and 'chicken' rice, minus the high amount of spinach used in the soups the previous stall owner was known for.
Read moreI had the Zha Jiang Mian and requested a side of 3 dumplings. The noodles are less saltier than the usual Zha Jiang Mian I've eaten, but it is still an excellent choice from this stall. Highly recommend adding the dumplings to your mains if it doesn't have any.
Pros: Quick, Big portions
Cons: Inconsistent quality

CHICKEN RICE - Edit
The location is at the Conpass One foodcourt. I ate the fried chicken rice and is a bit salty for the vege chicken and I think is too much for my consumption. The rice is normal I should say but the price for a plate of chicken rice is pretty costly.
Read moreProbably they can add on some vegetables aside to make it more worth it.
