Vegan banh mi - Edit
Brilliant all vegan banh mi stall. At only 15.000 Dong as of January 2025. One of the best I've eaten in a long time. Open only in the mornings. No English spoken. No problem. Just point to the ingredients. They're all vegan. The only thing I pointed to was the coriander and said a big no and shook my head. I can't stand the stuff. Anyway I was taking photos whilst she was preparing my excellent bánh mi. Handed it to me and I think she put extra coriander in it. My fault. Looks like I'm going to try to get use to this horror herb. #Veganuary
