Banh mi cart parked opposite a temple. Sells Hue specialty with filling of tofu, mushroom dumplings (rice flour), daikon and carrot slices and the option to add spicy minced chutney. Very cheap.

Cheap and cheerful

Vegan banh mi cart selling tofu, carrot, daikon pickle, Hue speciality rice and bean dumpling banh mi with a spicy shallot topping. The banh mi is 8,000 vnd, tasty and filling. Nice to try a different type of vegan banh mi filing.

Not exactly sure of hours but it could be morning until about midday as when I drove by after noon, it was shut

Pros: Vegan and different to the usual banh mi, Cheap, Filling
