We had the salmon and the mozarella tomato as starters and they were absolutely amazing! Both with lots of taste. For the main dish we had pizza and tempeh, they were good, but not as good as the starters. The waiters were very nice and helpful.

Read moreVery friendly service and delicious food. We arrived hungry, so the "salmoned" carrots, vegi salad and some of the fresh pasta dishes were enough. Topped off with the superb dessert, it was a well-rounded menu.
Looking at the table next to ours, I would definitely come back for a pizza.

Neben dem super freundlichen Service lohnt es sich vor allem für die hausgemachte Keeseplatte. Hier gibt es eine Auswahl der selbstgemachten Cashewkeese, zB Trüffel, Schnittlauch, geräuchert, Olive, … mit superleckeren Crackern. Und ehrlich, wir haben selten geschmackvolleren Keese probiert. Auch die Auswahl an Nudelgerichten und Pizza ist gut, vor allem die Trüffelspätzle sind zu empfehlen. Die übrigen Gerichte sind „solide“.

I decided for the vegan fusilli with avocado pesto, dried tomatoes and pistachios and couldn’t be happier with my choice. So creamy, the sun dried tomatoes really added a delicious saltiness to it, the pistachios crispiness. Really, wow. I then shared the vegan dessert (chocolate hazelnut cuts and banana), tasted like Nutella, the fruit was fresh and altogether a great combination. I am the only vegan in my family and everyone was smitten with their food. Definitely recommend.

As starters we tried Homemade Vegan Cheese Plate - 4 cheeses, seeds' crackers, kale's chips, marmelade & toasted bread (best we ever had) and Roasted Eggplant with homemade vegan straqqino, sundried tomatoes & black olives powder. The we had Plant Power Salad with homemade Tempeh & Quinoa and Salteado de Tempeh (homemade Tempeh with mash potatoes, kale, citric carrots & beetroot marinated): both were fresh and tasting. We finished in best way with their vegan desserts: Capucinuts - peanuts butter, coconut milk, oat biscuits, coffee & chocolate (I adored it!) and Nocciolato - Chocolate & hazelnut vegan salami. Gentle staff and fast service, don’t miss this place if you are in Tenerife.

We found Bahia Verde after seeing their business card in Buenavida Vegan in Adeje, visited twice and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a restaurant in the evening that caters for vegetarian / vegans.
Read moreI tried their Pizza one evening and then the second time had Tempeh with mashed potato’s, carrots and beetroot. Both dishes were really nice.
There is a whole section of the menu that is Veg friendly and a small range of homemade deserts.
Two things I would recommend for the restaurant is to try using Sourdough for their pizzas, it would elevate them from very good to great! The other is the restaurant can do anything to stop flies when the food comes out, we found both times we were plagued by one or two flies - not the restaurants fault of course - but perhaps some citronella or an insectecutor may help. I must add we would go back if we come to Adeje again 🙂
Overall an excellent restaurant that kindly looks after Vegans with their menu, friendly staff and reasonable prices too.
