Very Nice :)

bad food bad service

only a couple vegetarian/vegan options available, none of which state of vegan or not although the menu says vegetarian/vegan but the burger definitely came with mayo and when i asked about the special of the night a vegetarian pasta to see if it had cheese or butter the server was quite rude and blunt and didn’t seem to understand what i was asking. it took maybe 30mins for someone to take our order and the food took a very long time and when it came it was very tasteless and watery the pasta was supposed to be tomato but i think there was one piece and it had not taste at all and the burger was strangely watery and very plain.

Few vegan options which is not too bad in this area

In the menu, there are green leaves to point out both vegetarian and few vegan options. I chose the vegetarian burger (which is vegan actually) with banana blossom patty and it was quite good. There are also local beers brewed nearby.

Pros: some vegetarian options, popular place

Cons: few vegan options

Good discovery in a town where options are limited

This is a really nice place. The restaurant is upstairs, and when there is live music, it's far enough away that you can choose to tune it out. I got law-uy soup one day. It has local, in-season veggies (lots of okra and spinach) and about a gallon of broth (this is barely as exaggeration). We went back the next day and I got some stir fried veggies, garlic rice, and a roasted eggplant salad. You can pay with a credit card.

Pros: Labeled vegan and vegetarian options, Local produce
